Advance Map Vba Map Editor Tutorial --||PLS SUSCRIBE||-- --||add &fmt=18 for High Quality||-- This Video is a Tutorial about how to edit the Maps of Visual Boy Advance(GBA Emulator) Maps.In this Tutorial, I edited a Map of Pokemon Emerald. --Tutorial-- 1.Download Advance Map here: http://lu-ho.s229.deinprovider.de/am/index.php?seite=history .(I used Version 1.90, but you can also use newer ones...)I know, its a German page, but I didn't find an English one... 2.Install and open the Map Editor.Then load the Rom, you wanna edit(Pokemon Emerad.GBA in this vid).Then select "from INI" and search the Map you wanna edit. 3.Select a black block on the right side and fill the whole Map out with black blocks. 4.Now make a wall in the background.just select a wandblock on the right side and make your wall.you can also add Tv's,doors and other things... 5.Now select a groundpart and fill the rest of the map out with them.You can also add tables,chairs and other things... 6.When your Map is finished, klick on"movement permissions" to select where you can walk and where not... Just select a block on the right side.Select this one you want and fill it on the Map where you want it.On blue blocks with a 0 you can walk, on red ones with a 1 not...(I dont know the functions of the others^^) 7.To enter and leave the Room you have to make "warppoints".To do this, klick on "Events", Then change on the right side to"Warps".At"amount of Events" you can select how many of each event is present on this Map.The change the positions of the warppoint to set it there where you want(after 9 doesnt come then, then comes a.So it is 1...9,a,b,c...f,10...19,1a,1b...1f,20...).When your Warps are in the right position,you have to enter the number of the map and warp, where you're ggonna appear when you go trough the warppoint...This number you can see On the left side, behind the name of every Map. 8.When you change from"Waps" to"person Events" you can change the Persons.Just for fun, i made the Woman in this House looking like Groudon.(When you copy the scripts from the real Groudon and paste them at this Woman, you can also make a Groudon you can fight...also works with the Regis, Kyogre,Lugia Ho-oh...) 8.Save the Map and open the Game you've edited to look if it worked.Just enter this Room you've change, and you'll see if you've done right. Advance Map: Canadian Parliament, Stage 1! this is the parliament building(centre block) of Canada, though i couldn't make the clock because there wasn't in there. :( note: this is just a preview, i plan to make rooms for the entire inside of it, which will take a loooooong time, the main attractions will be; the library of parliament, the house of commons, the senate chamber, and much more, so keep checkin up. ;) Note, i take no ownership or credit for the game "Pokemon Emerald" or any other ones, all is given to it's creators, i also take no ownership or credit for the song, "Hello Zepp", all is given to Charlie Clouser. Advance Map Tutorial Part 3: How to add Wild Pokemon That is just a base rom that you see I did not hack everything Here is how you do it: Hello welcome to the third instalment o my Advance Map Tutorial. First open your rom in Advance Map and click on the map you want to add or edit the pokemon for. First add grass if there isn't grass on the map. Next look at the tabs there will be one that says Wild Pokemon View. Click it. There may be only one big button that says Create New Wild Pokemon, Yes I know there isn't one in the video because I accidently did it before the video. once you click the button a window will come up with gras, water, trees, and fishing options. check the ones you added and click ok. A new box will come up with a bunch of things in it the only thing you need to worry about is the ok button right now click it and it will add more numbers in the big white box then all you have to do is click re-point at the bottom. then choose the pokemon you want the more of one Pokemon the higher chance that it will appear. click the save button on that page often and you will also see a box that says Frequency Index.
