Touhou 11 東方地霊殿 - Subterranean Animism Stage 6 Normal This is about my 15th try on this stage on normal, it was very hard to get used to, but i got everything on this stage easy now, except for the two last spellcards. So, enter Reiuzi Utsuho, the most ridiculous touhou character ever conceived, but she seems pretty badass regardless with her massive attacks and vindicative face. Shes pretty much space, stars and atomic bomb themed.. go figure. The stage is a bit boring, its just dodging aimed attacks for the most part, nothing very difficult. The boss introduces a new kind of bullet, which i called the "humongous face-melting sun bullets", which takes pretty much half of the screen or so. Her attacks force you to move very slightly and be careful, something i dont really like since id rather go crazy, but what am i wishing for.. this is a danmaku. Whats interesting is her final spellcard, its pretty much a blackhole that tries to suck everything in, including you, so if you dont try to move back towards the bottom of the screen, youll get attracted to her, and the lower her health gets, the stronger the attraction is. Just so i can spare you the BS though, when she dies, she levels to another level of "gravity", where your focused speed is exactly equal with the speed of the attraction, so you cant run away unless you unfocus, therefore you could easily die when she dies if you dont react quickly enough... just like i did on one attempt... on my last life, yeah, that sucked lol Tags: touhou subterranean animism toho th11 danmaku shmup bullet shooter dojin doujin Chireiten Chireidenn Chireiden Drayen

This is my 2nd attempt on this stage, a pretty fun stage, and yes, the midboss is a cat.. a two tailed one at that, guess theres a new cat in town for chen. First thing to mention about this stage, its particularity is taht the last boss 3 last spellcards depend on your youkai helper, i used ReimuA in this, which is yukari, so her spellcards are stolen from yukari, first one is deadly butterfly from PCB phantasm, 2nd one is an original i believe, 3rd one is Boundary between Wave and Particle from Shoot the bullet. Oh yeah, what you dont see from the terrible youtube quality, is that her first spellcard has aimed pre-lasers lines that stop right on top of you, so it kinda made me panic and died, but i realized its nothing to be afraid of since they manifest in same time as the other lasers The boss name's is Komeiji Satori if youre wondering. A no deaths no bomb extra run, i didnt anticipate to do a perfect run this quickly, but it happened anyway. I hate uploading a video in two parts, but for some reason youtube doesnt want videos above 10minutes even though they can be as big as 1 gig long, so my 12 minutes video which is under 150megs need to be uploaded in two parts apparantly (lol) This extra was pretty hard, but its much easier than the other extra stages to get down, which explains how i accomplished a perfect run so fast, theres no BS spellcard a-la suwako 2nd survival spellcard or mokou's last nonspell/mount fuji spellcard. Yes the midboss is Sanae, this is the moriya shrine, which is why it looks like the same as the MoF extra stage background, except this time its during winter. Sanae's spellcards are pretty fun, especially the last two. The big fairies at the end of the stage portion are pretty annoying, ive sucessfully maintained auto-collecting a few times, but its very hard and youll probably just see every items fall down without collecting them, which makes this stage pretty hard to highscore on. So, kitty from stage4 is back and shes pissed off, turns out shes a cat of death or something, some of her spellcards has zombie fairies.. Her name is Orin. i swear, the first time i did this, her attacks were very overwhelming, the stage is fine and pretty fun though. Touhou 11 東方地霊殿 - Subterranean Animism Demo Stage 1-3 Normal This is officialy the demo of the 11th game of the touhou series, Subterranean animism, version 0.01a This is my first time playing this, so i do a lot of stupid stuff like die like a retard, but thats expected, i played this using ReimuA BTW a lot of stuff changed: - Characters have different special abilities, ReimuA can teleport from a side of the screen to another, ReimuB can autocollect items anywhere in the screen, ReimuC can move at an ultra-fast speed, MarisaA can use 8 bombs, MarisaB can switch between 5 different shot types and MarisaC can get some power back if you dont get hit after using a bomb. The scoring mechanics changed, you still get "faith" items, but faith items are worth a lot less than before now, rather your point item value is multiplied by a factor of x1.00, each 100 graze adds 0.01 to the factor, and the factor from 0.01 to max depending on how much grazing youve done in the last few seconds, or if you went to the top of the screen. Being at full factor power means you autocollect everything in the screen at full value. The introduction of trap cards: This is seen in my video vs the 2nd boss, where she splits in 2 different bosses, one shoots a LOT of green huge bullets if you hit it. Stage3 is extremely hard on lunatic, but fun nonetheless, though i hate lasers.. The life system is different, when you beat a boss attack, spellcard or not, it gives you a heart piece. You need 5 heart pieces to get an additional life, but if you die once or bomb against the attack, you wont get a piece. Each character borrows the powers from a youkai of the older games, heres who has what: ReimuA : Yukari ReimuB : Suika ReimuC : Aya MarisaA: Alice MarisaB: Patchouli MarisaC: Nitori And no, attacking yugi, the 3rd stage boss, after her midboss fight does nothing, its just a timed run where you have to survive, shes just there to be annoying. Subterranean Animism Stage 5 Lunatic no bombs one death This is stage five of Touhou 11 Subterannean Animism played on the Lunatic difficulty. This stage is generally agreed upon as the hardest in the game, and I complete it while capturing all cards, not bombing, and dying only once. Subterranean Animism BGM 7 - 華のさかづき大江山 Stage 3 Boss - A Flower-Studded Sake Dish on Mt. Ooe Theme of Yuugi Hoshiguma, the Rumored Unnatural Phenomenon. Yuugi is awesome. Yuugi is awesome. Yuugi is awesome. She's one of, if not the, coolest characters from SA. Not only is her stage, theme, and general character awesome... but her spell cards are just epic. This theme is probably one of the best songs in the game, especially if you can focus on hearing it throughout the bombardment of lasers, giant raining orbs of doom, and the whole screen getting raped. Subterranean Animism Normal Stage 6 (Final) Clear [High Quality] This is a clear of the Final Stage (Stage 6) of TH11 Touhou Chireiden: Subterranean Animism using ReimuB (Suika) on Normal difficulty. This is not a no-continue run. PLEASE WATCH IN HIGH QUALITY (it sucks otherwise) ...ZUN has moved on from beer to some form of hard liquor. This game is insane, and this is definitely the hardest Normal mode ever conceived. It's going to take a while to be able to no-continue this... Anyway, sorry about providing only a video of the Final Stage at the moment, I may record individual runs of stages 4 and 5 soon (or a 1CC if that actually happens). But currently I'm working on clearing Mountain of Faith's Extra mode, so we'll see what comes first. My apologies for the bombs used here, I was playing rather sloppily and just wanted to be cautious and clear it at this point so I overbombed slightly. This isn't meant to be any exhibition of skill, since it'd make a pretty poor one. Instead it's just a demonstration of what awaits you on SA's 6th stage of Normal mode.
