Together with Stoyanka Boneva and Eva Georgieva, Rupkina formed the Trio Bulgarka, a vocal group affiliated with Le Mystere Des Voix Bulgares. Le Mystere Des Voix Bulgares gained international prominence through their contributions to the groundbreaking 1975 world music album Le Mystere des voix Bulgares, originally released on the Swiss label Disques Cellier and later reissued on Britain's 4AD Records and the German Jaro label. Trio Bulgarka comprises Yanka Rupkina from Strandja, Stoyanka Boneva from Pirin and Eva Georgieva from Dobroudja. Their diversity of regional backgrounds enabled them to create a unique sound to their music. They signed to record labels Bulgaria Balkanton and Hannibal in 1987. Two years later they featured on The Sensual World album by Kate Bush on the songs "Deeper Understanding", "Never Be Mine", and "Rocket's Tail". In 1993 they appeared on another Kate Bush album, The Red Shoes, in the songs "You're the One", "The Song of Solomon", and "Why Should I Love You?", which also featured Prince. The trio have since concentrated on solo projects but often re-form for concert appearances. КАК СТАРТИРА ИДЕЯТА "24-ТЕ ЧУДЕСА НА БЪЛГАРИЯ" Вестник "24 часа" започна на 31 декември 2005 г. своята инициатива "24-те чудеса на България", провокиран от швейцарския проект за 7-те чудеса на света. Идеята на сценариста, продуцента и куратор на изложби Бернард Вебер ни допадна, но бяхме силно изненадани от отсъствието на български предложения на сайта, които да бъдат оценени от журито, оглавено от бившия генерален директор на ЮНЕСКО Федерико Майор. Стартирахме с анкета сред български историци и археолози, които имаха своето обяснение за ситуацията с нашите уникални исторически обекти - те са наистина на световно ниво, но са непознати не само за света, но и за самите българите. Затова предприехме втора крачка - патриотична анкета сред читателите на "24 часа" за събиране най-добрите идеи за "Българските чудеса". Още по време на допитването и съпътстващите публикации, имаше ефект - според археолога д-р Георги Китов, самото говорене за нещата, с които държавата ни се гордее, ще увеличи туристите на тези обекти. В края на февруари, междинните резултатите посочиха не 24, а 198 български чудеса. В челната тройка бяха Мадарският конник, Рилският манастир и Перперикон. През месец април представихме нашия проект на туристическата борса във Велико Търново и получихме подкрепата на Държавната агенция по туризъм. Идеята на г-н Марио ал Джебури бе да създадем работна група, която да развие една стратегия за нейната реализация. The winner is...The televoting ended with a very tight result: Only a very small margin was between first placed Deep Zone & Balthazar and second placed Georgi Hristov & Gianni Fiorellino. The winning song DJ, Take Me Away is an energetic dance track, the fast rhythm of which is interrupted by several slower parts, sung by a young female singer. The stage performance features a lot of dancing and running on stage, which fits the song very well. This also marked the end of the EuroBGvision project, one of the most extensive national finals in the history of the Eurovision Song Contest. During the interval act of tonight's show, the winner of the 2004 Eurovision Song Contest, Ruslana, was performing while the TV public could decide on the winner by televoting. Deep Zone Project was formed in 2000 by three musicians, DJ's and studio engineers, who are recognised in Eastern Europe for their talent for song writing and making club remixes. After the release of their debut album "Ela Izgei" in 2002, DJ Dian, Rossko, Luybomir Savov (Dian's father) and Yoanna aka Deep Zone Project, were nominated in a smashing five categories at the 2002 MM TV Music Awards (www.mmtv.bg) for: "Best Song", "Album of the Year", "Band of the Year", "Best Video" and "Debut of 2002". Their song " I Challenge You " (feat.
