Within a month of 9/11, NYC fire commissioner Thomas Von Essen, a 30-year NYFD vet, set up interviews with fire, port authority police and EMT first responders to record their initial impressions of what they experienced on Sept 11. The stories of 503 men and women ran to 12,000 pages. Graeme MacQueen, a recently retired religious studies professor, read them all. In addition to the heartrending nature of many of the stories, the consistent theme was of hearing, feeling and seeing explosions, a controlled demolition. Failure to officially acknowledge this evidence is further proof of an inside job. MacQueen (McMaster University, Ontario, Canada) narrowed down the testimony of 118 first responders as especially court-worthy testimony. But he notes the entire testimony was excluded by the 9/11 Commission, as well as the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). Did the Fayette County Commission Break the Law? Did they try to cover it up? Watch the video and decide for yourself. A few facts to keep in mind: It is a violation of Georgia State law for the County Commission to go into Executive Session (closed door, not open to the public or press) to discuss a legal matter without their attorney present. Secondly, official minutes of the meetings are made and posted after the meeting is held. Additionally a legal affidavit is prepared and signed by the Chairman of the Board regarding the private Executive Session. The affidavit does not give details, but it does certify the type issues they discussed. The Board voted to go into Executive Session without an attorney to discuss a legal matter AFTER one of the Commissioners questioned the legality. The Chairman signed the affidavit AFTER the same Executive Session certifying they had talked about a legal issue (and a real estate matter) the night of August 1 (thus he believed they discussed a legal matter at the time). When they voted to change the records they voted to change TWO sets of records. One changed what Mr. Maxwell stated PRIOR to going into Executive Session behind closed doors. The second record changed what they certified they did DURING Executive Session AFTER they discussed the legal matter. Thus, they said they were discussing a legal matter before the session, then they agreed that they had discussed a legal matter after they talked. Later, after the receipt of a letter from the Attorney General saying they violated the law, they voted to change the TWO sets of records. If you watch the video of the Aug. 1st meeting, you'll note that after Commissioner Maxwell responds to Pfeifer's question regarding the legality, Maxwell moves closer to the table and does not say anything. Executive Sessions are held in the smaller board room if that is where they met for the main meeting, thus the public leaves and the Board remains to discuss items privately. Nothing was said regarding changing the subject of the discussion during that time. There is no microphone, there is not a ramp, nor does Mr. Maxwell leave a "bench" as he stated he did while changing the records on September 5th. ICMP was created in 1996, following the G-7 Summit, in Lyon, France, to address the issue of persons missing as a result of the different conflicts relevant to Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Republic of Croatia and Republic of Serbia from 1991 to 1995. Following the conflict in Kosovo and the crisis in the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, ICMP expanded its operations to address missing persons cases from these areas. ICMP is headquartered in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, but also provides assistance to the authorities of Republic of Croatia, Republic of Serbia, and UN administered Kosovo. ICMP also assists the government of Iraq and maintains contacts with other countries that have large numbers of missing persons. As a relief effort, ICMP has also assisted in the identification of victims of the 2004 tsunami in South-East Asia and 2005 Hurricane Katrina. ICMP incorporates the use of a population-based, DNA-led system of identifications, which requires the collection and profiling of blood samples from family members with missing relatives and bone samples from exhumed mortal remains. In its laboratories, ICMP compares DNA profiles obtained from bone and blood samples to generate matching report which indicates person's identity with certainty of at least 99,95%.
