Retro Duo Quality and Compatibility - Part 1 Here's my compatibility test and analysis of the Retro Duo Famiclone system. As an NES, it leaves a bit to be desired. Audio sounds great for the most part, but there is a vertical line pattern in the video. SNES support is near perfect, and nothing looks better on a modern television. As it has been stated elsewhere, use composite plugs for NES and S-Video for SNES to achieve the best image, which is what my captures used.
