Mid Hants Railway: 13.09.08 - 1 Mid Hants Railway. First train of the day passes Butts Bridge (10.42) to start the climb to Medstead & Four Marks. GWR loco 4936 Kinlet Hall hauls the train on the occasion of the autumn 2008 gala. Took me a few plays of the video to spot the difference between a Hall and Castle class loco! 5029 The Mid Hants Explorer Following its visit to The Mid Hants Railway 5029 Nunney Castle returned home to Tyseley with The Mid Hants Explorer. The loco ran light and tender first from the yard at Ropley to Alton, and was attached to the back of the train which had come down from Solihull behind 47773. The 47 then took the train to Guildford where it reversed and 5029 took over. We start with 5029 leaving the yard at Ropley and climbing towards Medstead, we then move to Bentley, followed by the climb from Wanborough towards Ash, and finally, the departure from Oxford. 2 Ufo's Hovering Above Farnborough Airfield Hants 06/11/08 This annotated footage shows two unidentified flying objects hovering above Farnborough Airfield, Hampshire, November 6th, 2008. They were seen as we parked-up near the airfield, (next to a busy main road..hence the noise), with no air traffic coming in...then suddenly these two objects appeared. They were not easily visible to the eyes at times and twice I switched from normal mode to night vision for comparison. There was what I took to be a security guard not far from the perimeter fence, so initially I had to film from inside the car until he had gone, at which point I got out and was able to freely film the phenomenon and some of the airfield for reference. The objects were hovering below the cloud cover. This night was particularly significant to me personally, as I had a feeling tonight that 'they' would show themselves to us here, as they had done previously at different locations. Please remember to expand the screen for best viewing.
