As it opens, the camera is focussed on a girl with excellent green hair (and possibly some MDMA in her system, though who can say) dancing to the background thud-thud-thud of techno. It stays on her for a bit until an inconsiderate asshole pushes her forcefully on his way across the street. Enter: Techno-Viking. Having clearly witnessed this bit of spitefulness, the hero steps into the scene. The camera loves him and he's the focus for most of the rest of the film. The asshole who shoved the dancing girl is a big bloke in his own right. Certainly someone you'd think twice about squaring off with. Not Techno-Viking. He's completely non-violent, but incredibly forceful and the asshole actually looks like he may have learnt a valuable lesson. At roughly this point, the party (clearly one of Berlin's famous techno-parades) gets on the move again and the camera (on the back of a mobile sound-system) pulls away from the scene.
