After listening to two witnesses, a court commissioner granted some of the changes Richards wanted but refused others. Neither Richards or Sheen's attorneys specified what changes she was after.Roger Ebert is leaving the balcony. The famed film critics says he's cutting ties with the program he and Gene Siskel made famous. The news comes the day after Richard Roeper said he was quitting 'At the Movies With Ebert and Roeper.'
