^^Moment of Love is what I need ^^Christian the Lion Christian just has a heart and soul that has awakened and strengthened a love for animals in millions of people,This video speaks for itself. The backstory is that Christian was separated from his parents at an early age and put up for sale in a London department store. Christian's parents were zoo lions, the father came from the Rotterdam zoo and the mother from Jerusalem, and they lived at the Ilfracombe zoo. When they had cubs, the zoo sold them, and two cubs went to the department store. Two men, Anthony Bourke and John Rendall, found him there and immediately fell in love with him and determined to buy him. They scraped together the money and brought the little lion home when he was only a few weeks old. Tony and John dedicated themselves to giving Christian the best life they could, and the bond that developed between them is a joy to behold. Christian was a remarkable lion, obviously very intelligent and loving, and gentle to everyone, both human and animal. As he grew, Christian began to need bigger facilities than Tony and John could provide. Thanks to a chance meeting with Bill Travers (who had starred in the movie Born Free), they hit upon the idea of sending Christian to Africa to live as a wild lion. Bill Travers contacted George Adamson to set up the project, and came up with the idea of making a documentary movie of it all, this movie, to fund the project. The movie starts with a re-creation of when Travers was introduced to Christian. Everything from then on was filmed as it happened. Christian is an absolute joy to watch in this movie. The love he shows, his intelligence, his joie de vie, are beautiful. As the movie unfolds, you begin to realize that as much as George Adamson was a bridge between the worlds of humans and animals, so was Christian. The first step when Christian arrived at George's compound, was to introduce him to Boy, a lion who had been in the movie Born Free and who George had already sent "back" to the wild, without losing his close relationship with him. Christian and Boy eventually became best friends, and within a year Christian was living as a wild lion. When a year had passed, Tony and John came to Africa to see Christian. After a year of struggle, tragedies, and life with a pride of lions in the wild, the relationship Christian felt with Tony and John was as strong as it had always been. In fact, Christian's wonderful relationship with Tony and John caused the other lions in the pride to accept and be at peace with them as well. This track no entry at top 40 in 1989, but gone to # 19 in January 1991 at Billboard Hot 100 and reached #5 on R&B charts. About After 7.- After 7 was an R&B group founded in 1988 by brothers Melvin and Kevon Edmonds, and Keith Mitchell. The Edmonds brothers are the siblings of popular pop and R&B singer-songwriter-producer Kenneth "Babyface" Edmonds" (Melvin is older, and Kevon - born Kevin - is younger), while Mitchell is the cousin of Babyface's then-partner, songwriter-producer Antonio "L.A." Reid. Virgin Records released their self-titled debut album in autumn 1989, which included the hits "Heat of the Moment", "Can't Stop" and the quiet-storm staple "Ready or Not". China's 3rd Manned Spacecraft Returns Safely 神舟七号返回舱安全着陆 PT1 The Shenzhou-7 space module carrying three astronauts landed safely by parachute Sunday afternoon in China's northern grassland, after a landmark spacewalk mission that leads the country further in its space exploration. Astronauts Zhai Zhigang, Liu Boming, and Jing Haipeng came back from a 68-hour flight, which included a 20-minute spacewalk on Saturday. "It was a glorious mission, full of challenges with a perfect result. I'm proud of my country," said spacewalker Zhai, sitting on a chair after emerging from the module. Liu said "before I took off, I told you the Chinese astronauts are the best. Thank the motherland and the people." Jing said "we could felt the care of the country and people while in the abysmal space. Now we have safely returned." Premier Wen Jiabao, who was at the Beijing ground control center to watch the landing, said the mission was "a victory of the Chinese space and technological field and a monumental achievement in the Socialist causes." "Your historical feat will be remembered by the country and the people," Wen said, delivering a congratulatory note from the central authorities. The space capsule was suspended down by a 1,000-square-meter parachute and landed on its flank at Siziwang Banner in central Inner Mongolia, where 300 search and rescue staff waited. The astronauts were examined by doctors and adapted themselves to the gravitation on the Earth before exiting the module. They will be taken to a hospital in the Inner Mongolian capital Hohhot for medical examination and are scheduled to fly back to Beijing on Monday for a two-week quarantine. The three men, all born in 1966, were blasted off at 9:10 p.m. on Thursday on the country's third space crusade. China put a lone Yang Liwei in space in 2003, and sent two men, Fei Junlong and Nie Haisheng, on a five-day journey in 2005. The successful spacewalk mission makes China the third country to master the extravehicular activity (EVA) technology following the United States and Russia. During the spacewalk on Saturday, Zhai wore a hulking 4-million-U.S. dollar homemade Feitian space suit and spent 20 minutes outside the spacecraft. Tethered to the craft with two safety wires and a long electric cord providing oxygen and communications, he moved slowly along a set of handrails around the orbiter. "Shenzhou-7 is now outside the spacecraft. I feel well. I am here greeting the Chinese people and people of the whole world," Zhai said. He waved a Chinese flag handed over by partner Liu Boming, who helped the "walk" in the orbital module. Later Zhai retrieved a test sample of solid lubricant placed outside the orbiter, as part of an experiment to test the durability of the materials. After the spacewalk, he was congratulated by Chinese President Hu Jintao, who watched live transmission of the spacewalk from the Beijing control center. Hu hailed the spacewalk as a breakthrough and thanked the astronauts for their devotion and excellent performance. He inquired the astronauts of their health and lives in space through a phone.
