Spaced Gunfight Originally aired in the UK btw 1999-2000 and produced by the same guys who later did Shaun of the Dead, this episode of Spaced has Mike(Nick Frost) revealing that all men share an "unspoken telepathy." Tim(Simon Pegg) and Mike proceed to demonstrate this with a slow motion gunfight. The second part of the clip is later in the show, where Daisy(Jessica Stevenson) and Tim are confronted by a gang of boys. #5 Clara Belle (& Ukulele) - "Oh Well..." original song ***Message from Clara*** IM BACK!!! Hello everyone, hope you are well. I have finally got round to doing my 5th video. I know its been ages and I do apologise for my lack of communication...so sorry! Ive been caving out in a studio in Notting Hill (West London) for the last few months recording my first album. It has been A LOT of work, like I was doing non-stop 16hrs a day, every single day. I didnt see any daylight for the whole of this summer! Yikes. But Ive really enjoyed the process and its been so therapeutic to de-clutter my thoughts and ideas out of my brain and to have them turned into an actual real physical product. So lovely! Though I think my brain has now got too much room, Im a little off balanced and spaced out... This album, I am so proud of it! Ive never said this about anything Ive done in life, so its a big deal for me. It is self-produced, with some help from the guys in my band. Ive had no creative input from any producer or songwriter, and that is exactly what I wanted to do this time round, to make it all me (now you know why I was in the studio for 16hrs per day!). Its been great to have to not compromise and have no fights with anyone over ideas etc. My whole lifes work has gone in to it, so the album sounds a bit like the insides of my brain...yuk! Haha:0 But anyway, I have no regrets or excuses, which is the main thing. Life is still hectic but this particular chapter is about to end, recording done, mixing done! Now I just have to get the tracks mastered, and I will get this done as soon as I can afford it. In the meantime, I am working on the artwork etc... Rewinding back a couple of months... My inbox went crazy again... One morning (25th of July to be precise) I had lots of traffic in my email account and I wasnt sure why, but then my friend told me that my Summer Face video had been featured on the homepage of YouTube! My oh my! Ive had such a lot of lovely comments and messages both on YouTube and MySpace! Thank you sooooo much! Sorry I havent been able to respond to your thoughts and requests. But simply there arent enough hours in a day to do everything! I have read them ALL though, and I was crying...again! (out of joy ofcourse) Every comment/message puts a smile on my face, gives me hope and a massive boost to keep going. You really have given me so much encouragement and support, I didnt realise there were so many lovely people in the world! You only hear such crap news on TV! I just assumed that the world was going bust. But its so comforting to know that there is still hope and a lot of love to go around...(sorry, a bit of a cheesy moment there...) Moving on... Some of you asked for lyrics so I put them up on my descriptions bit beside each video. I havent got any tabs though, Im sorry. This song is about the battle of being a female, the pain I refer to in verse2 is about waxing legs etc...nothing too deep. Oh Well... I want yours, and you want mine. Maybe we will never be happy in time for the day we die, and say goodbye. Dweedi darup ba dulia du dai... Oh well, I guess thats the way it goes. But surely theres more to life than just to get that nose? Or wait forever just to be proposed? Heyda da dup ba du di du dai... ***Oh well, oh well, does anybody hear a bell? x2 I want yours, and you want mine. Cos we dont think we have what it takes to shine. We go through pain and spend a lot of time. Dweedi darup ba du di du dai... Oh well, maybe thats the way it goes. To impress the guys you have to strike the right pose. You find one you like, theyre always gay. Who knows...? Give a big sigh, were aloud to cry. ***Oh well... Theres no time to dwell my friends. We must compel til the end. ***Oh well... Also I did an interview with Ploomy.com a while back and they sent me a T-shirt! They were such lovely people and gave me a lot of support and encouragement, so I thought Id wear the T-shirt in this video as a little thanks to them. If you are interested you can read the interview here... http://blog.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=blog.view&friendID=353399529&blogID=414972395 I will keep you updated regarding the album, hopefully it will be ready soon. Thanks again and more soon! Clara xxx Tags: Ukulele Uke Singer Songwriter Clara Belle Japanese Scottish London clarabelle jazz folk summer face シンガーソングライター |

My Transformation A 2 year program of weight lifting, diet, and a lot of time in the gym sent me from 135 to 182 lbs. Height increased from 5'11" to 6'0" - after puberty...this height increase of 1" (2.54cm) is just from bulking up! One question I get a lot is "What's the name of the first song?" I don't know. It's the intro to an album I have but I'm not sure what it is. The mp3 file is just labeled "Intro" which in retrospect isn't very helpful. Hopefully one of you will figure that one out. The second song is Freek-A-Leek by Pete Pablo. My body is ectomorphic. This means I have a very lean frame and it is hard for me to put the weight on. Thus, I really don't recommend running...yes if you are concerned about your heart you need to be, but I am 20 and I started running again, but the video I made captured my journey from 18-20, during which I did not run because it is so hard for me to put mass on. Start out doing one body part a day. Some examples follow: Monday: Chest Tuesday: Back Wednesday: Legs Thursday: Arms Friday: Shoulders Sat/Sun: Rest or abs if you did not do them at least 3x during the week. Day 1: BACK/REAR DELTS - bent over rows, bent over lateral raises, pull ups, Day 2: QUADS/Lower Back -- squat, leg press, deadlift Day 3: Chest- flat bench, incline bench, decline bench, flies Day 4: Hams/Calves- calve raises, hamstring curls Day 5: Delts/Traps -- front raises, lateral raises, shrugs Day 6: Bi's/Tri's -- triceps extensions, skull crushers, close grip bench, all variations of curls (preacher, incline, concentration, standing, seated, cable) Intense training periods: (like Christmas Break or Spring Break) or just when I want to pump up my training routine. These are 3 day spreads meaning the whole body is done twice a week instead of once. Day 1: Chest/Shoulders/Triceps Day 2: Thighs/Hamstrings/Calves Day 3: Back/Biceps Day 1: Chest/Upper Back Day 2: Thighs/Hamstrings/Calves Day 3: Traps/Delts/Bis/Tris/Lower Back Get in the gym and get out- if you exercise for too long you burn all your carbohydrates stores and you won't have energy to rebuild the muscle. So for your chest... do 3 sets of bench and 3 sets of flies and end with 2-3 sets of push-ups to really exhaust the muscle. If you are not sore the next day...you didn't work hard enough. That's it, then leave the gym this should take no more than 45min. The next day is back: try doing bent over rows 3 sets of 8-12 and 50 pull ups. Maybe 5 sets of 10, or 6 sets of 8... and then get 1 or 2 more, just get to 50, it doesn't matter how many sets just keep pushing until you get there. Then you're done- leave the gym, drink a protein shake, and 45-60min later, start eating. So maybe get a shower and then eat- eating right after working out is not good. Finally, you need to start eating a LOT more...here's my typical diet from this past year: 7:00am: 4-5 eggs sunny side up, 6 slices ham or turkey, banana, 2 glasses milk, 1 glass juice, 2 pieces whole wheat toast 9:00am: Banana, protein shake, (whatever food I've stolen from breakfast...usually low fat cottage cheese) 12:00pm: some type of meat, banana, 4 glasses milk, 2 glasses juice, whole wheat bread 3 slices, (steal some meat for later), vegetables 2:00pm: Whatever I've stolen from lunch...usually 4-5 slices of meat. 3:00-4:30pm Workout: 1-1.5 hours 5:15pm: This is a huge meal for me...usually at least 5 glasses milk, 2 steaks or equivalent meat, cottage cheese with low fat yogurt and raisins, 4 pieces of whole grain bread, vegetables, (steal food for later) 9:00pm: snack- more turkey or chicken breast, water or protein shake 12:00am: before bed snack- banana, chicken breast, 2 tbs. peanut butter. These are just some suggestions, please don't be offended at my brutal honesty. I also use a fair number of supplements. My supplementation schedule consists of these supplements spaced evenly throughout the day: 3 tabs Tribulus Terrestris 3 tabs ZMA 1 tab 25ug chromium picolinate 5 g creatine (2.5 before/2.5 after workout) 1 scoop NO-Explode made by BSN before workout 1g vitamin C 3 tabs perfect cycle liver support made by anabolic extreme 3 25mg tabs DHEA 3 servings Cytogainer by Cytosport Note that these supplements are relatively safe to use based on numerous studies in the Journal of Exercise Physiology published by ASEP—the Bible of exercise scientists worldwide. I neither recommend, promote, nor use anabolic steroids, pro-hormones, and designer steroids. So to sum it up: focus on 1 body part a day, eat HUGE QUANTITIES—clean food, stop running. You can run when you gain the mass you want and running will actually get you very cut up and defined, but for this "mass bulking" stage, you need to restrict it provided you are a scrawny guy like me. Still stretch before lifting and warm up before heavy sets. OCB Mr./Ms. Natural Steel City (IFPA Bodybuilding & Figure Pro Qualifier) -- Sept. 6, 2008. Pittsburgh, PA. Be there! I will. +†-○*Sasuke and Sakura//Blue*○-†+ {Happy October ^^} Watch in HQ So yea. I LOVE this song! I ADORE the music video to this song as well. It somehow got me over my fear of dolls... shut up... I think I did pretty well, but if didn't its probably cus I only spent like 9 hours on it. More or less. I tried some new effects. And I made a noticeable mistake at the beginning but didn't think it was quite worth doing the whole thing over again for. This is not SasuSaku, nor was it meant to be anti-SasuSaku. This is merely a two-sided story AMV. We have the "Plastic Blue" part, which shows Sakura and Naruto going around their daily lives. And then we have the "Pale Shade of Blue" part. Which features Sasue and some Itachi. Theres more Sakura then Naruto which is why its "Sasuke and Sakura". Naruto doesn't get the big part in either portions because they didn't fit him. And hes the main character so he just gets to appear i both rather than just have one to himself ^^ I tried to make the "plastic blue" part look as plastic blue as possible ^^ Not really a story. We start out with what made Sasukes life a living hell. Then we move on to Sakuras carefree existence before all that Orochimaru crap happened. Then we move on to Sasuke after he left the village. Then we venture back to Sakura, this time a little worried about wiether or not Team 7 may remain a full team. A black cloud blossoms in the center of their photo as a sign of destruction. It is then we see Sakura with Naruto begging to bring Sasuke back because hes the only one who can. Naruto gives the impossible promise of bringing him back. Sakura is still ever so worried. Then we see Sasuke a little before&after he left the village. Then we move on to Sasuke leaving the village. And Sakura relishing how Sasuke feels about her. Then Its all fighting against Naruto and Sasuke. And Sakura crying over everything to get better. Then Sakura is dreaming of something like another realm, and sees a portal of some sort. Indicating some ones search for escape. She wakes up to find a mysterious crack on Team 7s photo. Over Sasukes face. This does contain a little Ant-Sasusaku. And maybe even a little NaruSaku. I JUST found out it was October!! It took me 4 days to figure out it wasn't September anymore!! Spaced out much!! Well, I thought this would be a good October AMV. Because this songs kinda creepy. I'll make an Official Halloween AMV for Halloween. But it may not be as bad ass as this one 0_0 THIS IS COMPLETLY FAN MADE AND HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE ANIME OR MUSIC COMPANYS. I DO NOT OWN NARUTO OR THE MUSIC. NARUTO IS WRITTEN BY MASASHI KISHIMOTO. I CLAIM NOTHING. IT IS FOR NON-PROFIT ENTERTAINMENT FOR MERE FANS. MADE FOR FUN NOT PROFIT. Space Mountain Ride w/ Night Vision @ Disneyland Pre-Refurb Subscribe for CONSTANT updates! Ride Space Mountain as it would have appeared before the major rehab for the 50th celebration. Ride shot with night vision. Space Mountain opened in 1977, invigorating a decade-old Tomorrowland as Disneyland's second roller coaster. The idea for Anaheim's ride originated in the mid 1960s, during Walt Disney's lifetime, as a way to energize the aging Tomorrowland. The project was shelved until the success of Space Mountain in Florida. After two years of construction, the $20 million complex opened May 27 including the roller coaster, 1,100-seat Space Stage, 670-seat Space Place (fast food restaurant) and Starcade.[2] Six Mercury astronauts attended Space Mountain's opening — Scott Carpenter, Gordon Cooper, Sen. John Glenn, Wally Schirra, Alan Shepard, and Deke Slayton.[1] Largely due in part to the opening of Space Mountain, the Memorial Day day attendance record was set, with 185,500 guests over the three-day period.[2] Space Mountain at Disneyland was designed by Bill Watkins of Walt Disney Imagineering. It was different from the WDW design because of space limitations. The attraction continued operating without much change: sponsors would come and go, and various minor changes, including the addition of a "Speedramp" (moving sidewalk) in the entrance, happened without fanfare. In 1995, FedEx became the official sponsor for the ride, sparking a number of significant alterations. The queue area was revamped with television monitors looping safety videos, the loading station had a new Audio-Animatronic robot FedEx worker, and other scenic areas were modeled to include FedEx trademarks.[2] In 1996, composer Aarin Richard and show producer Eddie Sotto teamed up to create the first on-board music track for a Disney roller coaster. The creative vision was to fuse two iconic musical forms of the 1960's — sci-fi horror music and surf music — into a sensory ride experience. All of the music written for the show is based on "Le Carnival Des Animaux: Aquarium" ( The Carnival of the Animals ), written by Camille Saint-Saëns. The first section of the ride's music is synthesized and entirely devoted to the sci-fi aspect as the rockets leave the station to begin their slow climb to the top. After the vehicles have crested, a rocking surf rendition of the piece kicks in as gravity pulls the vehicles down through the ride's interweaving turns, hills, and dips. (Guitarist Dick Dale was brought into the Disney Imagineering recording studio to play his famous surf guitar riffs for this section of the music.) As the rockets reenter the loading station, a brief musical finale concludes the experience with a soft, synthesized rendition of "Aquarium." In 1997, the exterior of the mountain was painted green and gold to match the recent facelift to Tomorrowland. In 2003, the mountain was painted white again.[2] The ride closed suddenly on April 10, 2003, with an announcement that it would remain closed until Disneyland's 50th anniversary. The ride had become unstable and would need a complete track replacement.[2] On June 25, 2005 Disneyland surprised its guests by announcing that the reopening of Space Mountain would open early on July 15, instead of the projected November date.[3][4] On July 15, 2005 (with "soft openings" starting 1 July), only two days before Disneyland's official 50th Anniversary, Space Mountain reopened from a major refurbishment that started in April, 2003. A re-opening ceremony was held that day which featured a guest speaker, Neil Armstrong, who received a plaque that day which said "Presented to Mr. Neil Armstrong for his courage and adventurous spirit that continues to inspire all mankind to reach for the stars". The plaque also features the Disney quote "It's kinda fun to do the impossible". The new Space Mountain features new rocket sleds, a new queue, new music (composed by Michael Giacchino), new special effects and a storyline. Apollo 13 :: [Part 4 of 5] The History Channel - Modern Marvels: Apollo 13 Apollo 13 was the third manned lunar-landing mission, part of Project Apollo under NASA in the United States. The crew members were Commander James A. Lovell, Command Module pilot John L. "Jack" Swigert, and Lunar Module pilot Fred W. Haise. It launched on April 11, 1970 at 13:13 CST. Two days after the launch, the Apollo spacecraft was crippled by an explosion, caused by a fault in an oxygen tank. The explosion damaged the Service Module, resulting in a loss of oxygen and electrical power. The crew used the Lunar Module as a lifeboat in space. The command module remained fully functional on its internal batteries, but they were needed for re-entry and landing so it was shut down shortly after the accident. Despite great hardship caused by severe constraints on power, cabin heat, and potable water, the crew successfully returned to Earth. The mission was thus called "The NASA's Most Successful Failure".
