In this clip from opening discourse of the 3 day Nithya Dhyaan meditation workshop Swamiji explains the four states of the being which are formed by relation between states of mind and states of consciousness. The four states, Jagrat, Swapna, Susupthi and Thuriya define our being. Swamiji reveals deep truths about disturbances such as chronic fatigue caused when our Susupthi sate (deep sleep) is penetrated by Swapna State (dream state).
