Kagura and Sesshomaru part 7 Kagura and Sesshomaru part 7 Many people might think that sacrificing a sword is no big deal, but it is a huge deal. From the moment he first came in the picture Sesshomaru has felt sort of an inferiority complex because his father left the powerful sword Tetsusaiga to his younger half-brother inuyasha-a mere half-demon-and left Sesshomaru a healing sword that can't cut-the Tenseiga-although he was the oldest and he was a full-blooded demon. Sesshomaru feels personally rejected by this, and spends much of the series trying to get the sword from his brother-kind of to "prove" to himself his worth in his father's eyes and as a demon. Then along came Tokijin, a blade made from the fangs of a monster that hates Inuyasha, a sword so powerful and evil it could rival Tetsusaiga. Sesshomaru claims it as his own, and finally, he has his own offensive sword equal-or even maybe greater-to his brother's. So to him, it's not just a random blade, it's a personal reassurance he has worked and strived for. And for Sesshomaru to knowingly sacrifice this for the sake of someone else-that's saying something. Then Tenseiga called out to its creator to say that Sesshomaru was finally ready to weild it as an offensive sword because he felt love for someone else. this, too, is a big deal. The sword Tenseiga is said to be used only by someone with a loving heart, and throughout the series, Sesshomaru has been cold, ruthless, bloodthirsty and vengeful. Sure, he's felt compassion for others before, but it wasn't strong enough for the sword to tell Totosai that Sesshomaru was ready for the next level. Not even when he saved Rin. After he accepts the new sword, it is interesting that the wind changes so suddenly that Rin has to comment on it. Remember that Kagura was the Sorceress of the Wind. Immediately Sesshomaru has flashbacks of Kagura-and thinks "Whether she died in vain or not is up for me to decide." He has taken it upon himself to avenge Kagura's death. Hellfire-Takemaru (Tenka Hadou no ken) Para los que no han visto la película, Takemaru era un tipo que quería con Izayoi (La mamá de InuYasha) y la mató cuando InuYasha estaba a punto de nacer. Llegó Inu-no-Taisho (El papá de InuYasha) y la revivió con Tenseiga (La espada de Sesshomaru) y luego peleo con Takemaru hasta que ambos murieron. Cuando Kagome llegá a la época antigua, Souunga, una espada de Inu-no-Taisho que tiene el poder de abrir el infierno, revive a Takemaru y este trata de matar a InuYasha en venganza contra Izayoi e Inu-no-Taisho. La canción la puse en español por que la de inglés está padre, pero de repente al cantante se le oye muy anciana la voz y como que no quedaba. Canción: Fuego de infierno (El jorobado de Notre Dame) propiedad de Disney Película : InuYasha: Tenka Hadou No Ken -- For those who haven't seen the movie, Takemaru was a guy that loved Izayoi (InuYasha's mom) and killed her when inuYasha was about to be born. Inu-no-Taisho (InuYasha's father) came, he revived her with Tenseiga (Sesshomaru's sword) and he fought Takemaru 'till they both died. When Kagome goes to the past, SOuunga, one of Inu-no-Taisho's swords that can open the gates of hell, revives Takemaru and he tries to kill InuYasha in rvenge against Izayoi and Inu-no-Taisho. I used the song in spanish 'cause I prefer it over the original...not that is a bad version, but I didn't think the voice would fit Takemaru.
