Epiphone Valve jr. head demo1 Here's a demo of my valve junior head(no mods) with my Amer. Std. Tele. I'm running the head through a Marshall 1965a cab that's 4x10. I'm using the mic from the digital camera and there is a good amount of natural reverb from being in the garage, but no fx used just plugged straight into the amp. Epiphone Valve Jr head Just a quick clip of the Valve Jr head. I modded it to give it a bit more gain, and a bright switch - the amp stock doesn't have nearly this much gain, and is a bit 'woofy' when it overdrives. Epiphone Valve Junior -- Demo Me fooling around with my 2006 Epiphone Valve Junior and 1998 Sheraton. With the VJ's volume at noon and the Sheraton's neck pickup dimed, I get that sweet natural overdriven tube sound. This amp is very loud; as I was playing the floor was vibrating. Hot-Rodded Epiphone Valve Junior Here's a sample of my modded Epiphone Valve Junior. I'm playing an ESP LTD EC-1000 with Seymour Duncan pickups (JB bridge, 59 neck) straight into the amp, which goes into a closed-back 2x12 with new reissue Celestion Greenbacks. I have the bridge pickup full up and the neck pickup about 1/4 up. I start the clip off with the amp volume 1/4 of the way up, then move it to 1/2 way up, then to 3/4, then all the way up. At that point I switch to the neck pup so you can see how well it cleans up with the pup turned down. I then back the amp back down to about "9" and switch back to the bridge. Even though this was recorded with a digital camera, I think you can get an idea of how the amp sounds. Forgive my incredibly bad playing. :) Tags: Epiphone Valve Junior |

Epiphone Valve Junior Half stack Demo Heres the demo for this great amp. cost 340 bucks in guitar center witha 2 year full warranty. Its is completely stock with the tubes it came in. I've heard that changing the tubes to stovtek tubes make it brighter, which I will probably look into doing once these tubes break.
