AGM-130A The Air-to-Ground Guided Missile-130 (AGM-130) is a powered air-to-surface missile designed for high- and low-altitude strikes at standoff ranges against a variety of targets. The AGM-130 is integrated on the F-15E which is capable of carrying two missiles, one on each inboard store station. The AGM-130 Surface Attack Guided Munition program provides the Air Force with a retargetable, precision guided standoff weapon using inertial navigation aided by Global Positioning System (GPS) satellites. The AGM-130 is designed to attack high value fixed, relocatable or slow moving targets from 15 - 40 NM range. The AGM-130A is a powered version of the Guided Bomb Unit-15 munition, and provides a significantly increased standoff range beyond that of the GBU-15. The munition allows the aircraft to remain at a distance from the target and uses man-in-the-loop guidance with either a television or infrared seeker and a 2,000-pound general purpose warhead. AGM-86A/B ALCM The Boeing AGM-86 ALCM (AGM-86B and AGM-86C) is an American subsonic air-launched cruise missile (ALCM) built by Boeing Company and operated by the United States Air Force. The missiles were developed to increase the effectiveness and survivability of Boeing B-52H Stratofortress bombers. In combination, they dilute an enemy's forces and complicate defense of its territory. Production of the initial 225 AGM-86B missiles began in fiscal year 1980 and production of a total 1,715 missiles was completed in October 1986. The air-launched cruise missile had become operational four years earlier, in December 1982. More than 100 launches have taken place since then, with a 90% approximate success rate. The missile's flight path is pre-programmed and it becomes totally autonomous after launch. In June 1986 a limited number of AGM-86B missiles were converted to carry a high-explosive blast/fragmentation warhead and an internal GPS. They were redesignated as the AGM-86C CALCM. This modification also replaced the B model's terrain contour-matching guidance system (TERCOM) and integrated a GPS capability with the existing inertial navigation computer system. AGM-114 Hellfire AGM-114 Hellfire (Helicopter launched fire-and-forget) is a U.S. missile system.Hellfire was initially designed to be primarily used as a "tank-buster", launched from helicopters to defeat armored vehicles. It has since matured to be a comprehensive weapon system which can be deployed from rotary wing aircraft, fixed wing aircraft, naval assets and land based systems against a variety of targets. Despite the expanded acronym, most versions of the Hellfire missile are not truly "fire-and-forget"—all the laser-guided versions require constant illumination or "painting" of the target from launch to impact. The AGM-114L is a true fire-and-forget weapon: it requires no further guidance after launch and can hit its target without the launcher being in line of sight of the target. The Hellfire (along with the Maverick) was to be replaced by the Joint Common Missile (JCM) around 2011. The JCM was developed with a tri-mode seeker and a multi-purpose warhead that would combine the capabilities of the several Hellfire variants. In the budget for FY2006, the US Department of Defense canceled a number of projects that they felt no longer warranted continuation based on their cost effectiveness, including the JCM. Due to the U.S. military's continuing need for a proven precision-strike aviation weapon in the interim until a successor to the JCM is fielded, as well as extensive foreign sales, it is likely the Hellfire will be in service for many years.Hellfire missiles were successfully used by U.S. Army troops against seven targets during Operation Just Cause in Panama in 1990. Hellfire was used in the opening strikes of Operation Desert Storm on January 17, 1991, when eight AH-64 Apache helicopters used Hellfire missiles as well as Hydra 70 rockets to destroy two Iraqi early warning ground-control radar sites. In early 2002, RQ-1 Predator UAVs were armed with Hellfires and used in combat. The Hellfire missile has been used extensively in the 2003 invasion of Iraq and ongoing operations in Iraq. T-Style @ Seize AGM, Bideford Sep 06 Chase, Paul and John EC are 3 young men from West Devon. Chase and Paul are from the small market town of Hatherleigh in rural West Devon. Paul is looking for work and stays at his parents in Hatherleigh. Chase is homeless but stays with family and friends. He rides a bike to work as a labourer in Okehampton. John EC is from Okehampton and has been supporting events in Hatherleigh since 2005 - his live set has us all dancing. These 3 guys turn up as volunteers and put on excellent entertainment and workshops for young people. They have CRB checks and we really rate them. This shows T-Style at the first Seize Annual General Meeting - which had a suprisingly good turn out for a formal occasion with a lot of young people coming along. More T-Style videos in future! AGM 2007 Film #1: This is a short film entry for a Brick Films Halloween Competition, I came in 2nd place ! I no longer want any association with the website mentioned above and the end credits of my film, or its management. Please see the link below for a really good Brick Filming website, run by fans for fans and for those of you that want to learn how to animate bricks ! I am pretty happy with considering this is my first ever go at 'Brickfilming'. Shot over 10 days using a Logitech Quickcam Pro 4000 webcam & AnimatorDV Simple+. It's approximately 2,700 frames in total, editing on Sony Vegas Pro 8. The dialogue was recorded using Audacity and the numerous sound effects were either created by myself or downloaded from freeware/Royality free sites, credited at the end of the movie. I also used MorphVox Pro voice manipulation software for the Demon / Dementor minifig character you see at the start of the film. To get the film to synch in with the pre-recorded dialogue & sounds I used WavTracker, this was invaluable & freeware !!! I also used Gimp for the masking in some of the scenes. This too is freeware and simple to use. Oh and in case some of you didn't get the reference - Kessler = David Kessler,the main character from 'An American Werewolf In London'. I used Morpheus Photo Morpher to create the werewolf transformation.
