Okami Amaterasu Tribute **Wow a 1,000 views I would have never of though i would get that many on any of my videos THANK YOU to all the viewers who got me to this number ^_^ ** The is a tribute to Ammy I love this game i just beat it on 7/8/08, I love the game especially the style it's amazing, I made this video cause i love Ammy, This is my first time using transitions and added effects to the slide show so I hope u enjoy, I have a little Shiranui in the video at the end I just felt like adding it. and if you see the pictures have an order to them it goes like pics of Ammy, to like her fighting and then like chibi her and then realistic pics of Ammy and then like Shiranui The first song is the ending theme to the game Okami here are the English translated lyrics there fitting, well I think lol Reset by Ayaka Hirahara Though the fluttering flower petals color the street, the wind gently told me, "This is the last time." I still like the other version, I just wanted to remake it with more footage. ____________________ :Story: -I do have little side notes for those who have not played the game to better understand why I put what I did where.- *The story is pretty much understandable to those who have played the game and beaten it.* It begins, telling the story of the legend of Amaterasu, the goddess of the sun and mother of all the gods, before showing her again in Nippon, thinking of how it has changed in the 100 years that she has been sleeping in the statue. (I know Sakuya summoned her. This just fits.)Yet, she knows that nothing has changed in the time she has been gone, the people still are losing faith in the gods. She believes it is just her thoughts and refuses to give up on the world of mortals and creatures alike. She knows she will have to fight again and must not give up. Ammy (Amatersau) tries to shake the thoughts of all the enemies that she will have to face, Orochi (serpent), Yami (Darkness God), and the Water Dragon (Driven crazy by the orb). *You will see each in "To break free from the thoughts in my mind." lyrics* She must use the time she has on Nippon to restore the gods' power and rid it of demons. (The sun shining again means that the day of darkness that occurs every so many years and it blocks out the sun, thus robbing Ammy of her power, has been destryoed/defeated/passed.) Ammy knows that all of her struggles to recollect the power of the gods will be worth it in the end, to see peace on Nippon. Her pain will vanish soon, since she is a goddess, she will be alright. (Grayscale scenes show Ammy remembering Nippon a 100 years before.) She knows that time is precious and must be put to good use. Although Waka is apart of the Moon Tribe and Ammy fears that he will be killed, she knows she must trust that he will be alright as she waits 200 years for him to return. After Yami attacks her and saps her of the powers, she is in the middle of dying and living and hears Waka speaking. She remembers then that Issun and Waka are counting on her and she leaps through the gate back to the living. Everything is alright as the land is restored to normal, Ammy and Waka journey to the Celestial Plains and the scroll is then pulled away. The tale is over. For now.... ______________ :Editor's Notes: I planned to do this remake with the realistic Ammy footage but I hated the way it looked and deleted all of it. Then, I got the normal ammy scenes and they wouldn't work with Movie Studio 8 and in WMM it just shut it off. Finally, I found alot of footage and I used it. This was made all in one day, one sitting in 4 hours, the rest of it in 2. I hope you enjoy this LittleKitsune1, I couldn't get the Skillet song to work cause I didn't have enough footage/the footage I needed to do that song. Psst. 4 months later, I got it done! This is my 49th solo video.
