Under George HW Bush and for the first time in the history of the United States Posse Comitadus was repealed and US Federal Troops invaded their own country and killed their own people. George HW Bush never truly and fully repealed his declaration of Martial Law once he called for it and that's why he made his infamous "New World Order will be a success" speech that we all know and love so well... Then it was only a matter of his son capturing the Throne so he continue the work his father King George I had began. King George II has since installed 27 "Presidential Directives", forced the FISA bill on the nation, empowered FEMA and created Homeland Security which all together completed his fathers earlier work and finalized the official but "unannounced" transition into full "Martial Law." Modern Definition of Martial Law: Martial law is when military-like actions are taken upon a nations own citizens and constitutional and human rights are violated on a regular basis as part of a standard operating procedure (SOP). It is when you cannot protest without a "permit" and your freedom of speech is silenced. It is basically what they call a "police state". It is when the "police" are trained by and act like federal officials/military police rather than the civilian peace keepers they are supposed to be. It is when random AND permanent checkpoints are set up by Homeland Security and police officers like they have now all over the country especially along interstate-highway 8 and 10. Many believe that martial law is ONLY when the actual Army/Marines/National Guard patrol the streets but this is incorrect as these troops are committed in Iraq and Afghanistan and attending to the other 1100 U.S. military bases that are outside of the U.S. Homeland Security and the local police departments have been trained by federal agents and are federal agents and in these modern times are now enforcing obvious martial law. The days of the Army rolling down the street in tanks is over as it is unnecessary because the U.S. citizens have been pacified enough and Homeland Security and the Police have been trained and armed enough to where this would surely be overkill. Besides there are US National Guard bases in the majority of 30,000+ population towns and the troops are committed overseas. A basic example of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for martial law would be the internment camps they have set-up in Colorado in preparation for the Democratic National Convention (DNC). If the country was not under martial law setting up these kind of warehouse-style camps which are being hidden from the media and the citizens would not be permitted by the city, county or state. Watch a White House press conference and/or go to your local court house and peak inside a court room and look at the American Flag. You will notice that the flag will have gold tassel around it's borders. If you understand this and have any education in these matters you would know in fact that it is a Federal Crime to attach ANYTHING to the American Flag. The ONLY thing that can be attached to the American Flag by Federal law under penalty of prosecution are GOLD TASSELS, GOLD FRINGE and they can ONLY be attached in the case of MARTIAL LAW ordered by the President of the United States of America. Of course under martial law information, education, news, networks and the internet (as seen nightly on FOX news and CNN) are censored therefor research on this subject is not the easiest although it can be done. Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick charged with felonies: Worthy Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick and former chief of staff Christine Beatty were charged today with multiple counts of perjury, obstruction of justice, misconduct in office and conspiracy because of their conduct in last year's police whistle-blower trial, Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy announced. Kilpatrick is charged with eight felonies and Beatty with seven. They are: perjury, conspiracy to obstruct justice, obstruction of justice and misconduct in office. Worthy said the perjury charges accuse the two of lying during a whistle-blower lawsuit about the firing of Deputy Police Chief Gary Brown and about their romantic relationship. Kilpatrick, 38, serving his seventh year in office, is the first Detroit mayor to face criminal charges while still in office. The perjury charge carries a maximum penalty of 15 years in prison. "Lying cannot be tolerated, even if a judge and jury can see through it and doesn't buy the line," Worthy said at a packed news conference. "Witnesses must give truthful testimony," she added. Weymouth man charged with murdering 6-year-old cousin WEYMOUTH - Wearing a hospital gown and handcuffs, a 20-year-old Weymouth man was led into Quincy District Court today to face charges he kidnapped and killed his 6-year-old cousin. Ryan Bois spit at reporters while heading into court, where is to be arraigned on charges of first-degree murder, assaulting a police officer with a weapon and various motor vehicle charges. A day earlier, police pulled 6-year-old Joanna Mullin's limp, traumatized body from the back seat of a stolen SUV driven by her 20-year-old cousin, who authorities say abducted the young girl from her grandmother's house and killed her. Bois led police on a chase through Weymouth and Braintree before the stolen SUV crashed into a taxicab in Quincy. While looking through the back seat, officers saw Joanna's body and started yelling for help. The officer who carried the girl to an ambulance was visibly upset, with two colleagues consoling him with their hands on his shoulders, said Tracey Stedman, a dispatcher for Braintree Best Taxi Co. "She was limp, in a nightgown," said Stedman, who was at the crime scene at about 1:45 a.m. Sunday. "Her body was lifeless." Joanna had been taken from her grandmother's house on Randall Avenue in East Weymouth. She lived at 94 Hawthorne St., which is also Bois' last known address. A student at Lawrence W. Pingree Primary School on 1250 Commercial St., Joanna was set to begin first grade this fall. Superintendent Joseph Rull was meeting with school principals today to discuss how to handle the matter. After the SUV hit the cab at the intersection of Quincy Avenue and East Howard Street, Bois wielded a knife as he ran from the scene, police said. After being bitten by a Weymouth police dog, he was apprehended a short distance up Quincy Avenue, near Quincy Medical Center. "Just kill me, just kill me. It's over, it's over," Bois said as he was being led away. Meanwhile, Weymouth police searched the vehicle and found the child's body wrapped in a blanket on the floor by the rear seat, according to Norfolk County District Attorney William Keating. "It was a horrific discovery," Keating said at a press conference Sunday. He said the child "had clear signs of trauma, and it was clearly a homicide." Bois is a 2004 graduate of Weymouth High School. Residents were caught by surprise Sunday as the news about the crime filtered through the community. "It's awful. I'm shocked," said Helen Menchin, a longtime resident who was with her 4-year-old grandson on Wessagussett Beach. "I have always felt kids were safe around here," said Rhonda Callahan, a social worker, also at the beach. Theresa Brandt, who moved to Weymouth from Cambridge 10 years ago, said she was surprised that such a heinous crime could happen here. "How do you kill a child?" she asked. "I want to know that." Kristen Picard, a bartender at the Landing Pub in Weymouth Landing, said she saw police cars lined up along Quincy Avenue as she drove home from work at about 1:30 a.m. Sunday. "That's what it was? That's terrible," she said when she learned why police had been in the area. "I thought it was a drunken driving thing." Keating said the incident began as an ordinary traffic stop at 1:28 a.m. Sunday on Washington Street in South Weymouth and escalated into a police chase through Weymouth, Braintree and Quincy. Police learned after they apprehended Bois that the SUV he was driving was stolen from a Weymouth address and began to search it. Bois abducted the child from the grandmother's home during the night and "the adult in the home" did not know she had been taken, Keating said. A Randall Avenue neighbor of the victim's grandmother described her as a "wonderful woman." "She's a great lady," said the neighbor, who declined to be identified. "It's a tragedy." No one answered the door on Sunday at the L-shaped brick and beige-shingled residence. Weymouth Police Chief James Thomas, who was with Keating at Sunday's press conference, said Bois is "well-known to Weymouth police." On Sunday, cars lined the street outside 94 Hawthorne St., where it was reported that he had lived with an aunt. A group of people on the porch declined to comment. A woman drinking soda next to one of the cars near the home said police had told them not to talk to anybody about the incident. An autopsy to determine the cause of death was to be performed today, according to David Traub, Keating's spokesman.
