Engadget - Engadget.com commercial contest entry This commercial was produced as a fun contest entry for Engadget.com, the best gadget/technology website on the net. I used frame grabs of actual Engadget.com pages and animated it inside of After Effects. I'd never done a project quite like this, so it took a good bit of mental gymnastics to figure out how to structure this project to where every page stayed at its highest resolution. The winner of this contest gets a tricked out Sony Vaio laptop. Should find out in the next few days if they liked this. Update: Hey! I was one of the finalists. I didn't win the laptop, but I get one of the new super-tiny iPod Shuffles. Cool. Congrats to the winner.
