Freedom! 90 - George Michael This 1990 music video, directed by David Fincher, is most certainly among my select all-time favorites. Featuring the nineties dominating Trinity of supermodels, that is Linda Evangelista, Naomi Campbell and Christy Turlington - and adding Tatjana Patitz and Cindy Crawford - this video became iconic in its own use of icons. George Michael refused to be a visual part of this video to a song which was clearly supposed to visualize his break with his Wham! (and Sony) past. Pay attention to the destruction of items representing his past, such as the leather jacket. A great song, wonderful video that matches the song and then adds some. George Michael's career has manifested in a number of great music videos.
