In Kutub -i Sitte we also see that people had been seperating the outer part of wheat called "bran" by sifting and our prophet told them to put the wheat and bran together . This is valid for rice and all other cereals ,too. WE must eat evrything in its whole natural form. This hadit is very very important in our day because it is the only cure of Diabetes which is described as a very mysterious illness occuring basically as the result of a defect in our Digestion System and classical medicine stil can not heal . So what makes our digestion system tired? If we investigate the answer of this question we find only "FOODS." In this case only individuals or societies who know how to take food correctly can be away from Diabetes. Now,wheat is the richest and most suitable food for the human body. But when it is converted into white flour (by electrical machines) like sandwiches,white bread,cakes,cookies, pizzas,etc it loses all the vitamins and minerals, becomes an unfamiliar food for the body and makes our metabolism tired.. These products t also contain chemical yeast or other extra chemicals like surfactants and emulsification agents We have to consume only branned wheat by boiling and eating, bulgur or wholewheat bread made of wholewheat +natural salt +natural yeast +water so as to be protected from Diabetes. While the hedonism concept from Ancient Greek philosophy in Europe teaches that devotion to these worldly pleasures is the purpose of life ,the Western idea of success has led people to become enslaved to wealth and made people's souls become servant to the dollar bill in an almost absolute sense.The very essence of the Western idea of life and "individualism" is based putting the human intellect before believing in God.In Western society the opinions of t.v. and radio show hosts, musicians, congressmen, and even actors and celebrities are referred to for judgment while the Decision of Allah-God- is disregarded and this is made in the name of "Freedom". The reality is that human beings are worshippers by nature. If the worship of Allah or God is not established in one's life, then one's worship will be directed towards something else. In a system in which the final decisions are referred to human beings, and in which the sources of all authority are human we see constant divorces,common adultery,no births,alcohol and drug addictions and high rates of crime like raping ,child molestation etc. .If we examine the background of this scene we see that after Western people ignored religion in The Middle Ages they began to to take big steps in science and technology but they forgot the needs of their souls. They were not successful in making the balance between science and religion .One thing they did not know also was that after Jesus Christ's messages and Bible was distorted God sent his last prophet Mohammed(PBUH) with the last book again for the happiness of humanity saying"Work for this world as if you are never going to die and work for the Hereafter as if you are going to die tomorrow". Highly educated people like the biggest philosopher of our century Roger Garaudy ,the former chairman of the French Communist Party,or many Western professors and priests have seen this fact that Islam simply is the repetition of God's original message sent before by Jesus, Moses,David, Abraham, Noah like 30.000 people only in the USA converting to Islam each year but still many less or average educated Westerns think that Moslems are terrorists who worship to a black box in Mecca and kiss the ground 5 times a day. Truth hurts but hiding your head in the sand like an ostrich also does not solve any problems.What is the solution now? Allah(CC) say in Kuran that hearts are satisfied only in the remembrance of God. So we have to search happiness inside our hearts which becomes only by praying. I am reading from a similar translation: The parable of those who spend their wealth in the way of Allah is that of a grain of corn: it groweth seven ears, and each ear Hath a hundred grains. Allah giveth manifold increase to whom He pleaseth: And Allah careth for all and He knoweth all things. Lastly from another translation: The metaphor of those who spend their wealth in the Way of God is that of a grain which produces seven ears; in every ear there are a hundred grains. God gives such multiplied increase to whomever He wills. God is All-Encompassing, All-Knowing. Firstly, instead of hoping for some worldly benefit from our help we should be grateful to those who accept ourh elp for they have given us an opportunity to invest our wealth in a `business venture' with Allah who has promised in return a reward `seven hundred times greater'.And the way how it will be also is described in Kuran" "You who believe! Do not nullify your charity by demands for gratitude or insulting words, like him who spends his wealth, showing off to people and not believe in God and the Last Day. Surprised at this, the people will say, "You are above needs; how could we do these?" and Allah(C.C.) will answer , "There was a sick person you knew if you had visited him, you would have found Me next to him and there were hungry, thirsty, and naked people around you if you had given their needs you would have found Me next to them."
