Subterranean Animism BGM 15 - ハルトマンの妖怪少女 Extra Boss - Hartmann's Youkai Girl Theme of Koishi Komeiji, The Closed Eyes of Love. Extra Boss. All in all, it's not a bad theme. It's better than Native Faith in my opinion, but I don't think it holds a candle to the likes of U.N. Owen, Immortal Smoke, and Necrofantasia. MAAYBE, Necro-fantasy. Still, it's worth uploading. So, even if I wasn't gonna upload the whole GST, I'd do it anyway. As far as the character goes, uh... I don't even quite know why I'm fighting her. And I can't beat her. Touhou 11 -Subterranean Animism Extra Stage part 1 Mode - Extra Midboss - Sanae Kotiya (again) Boss - The Closed Eyes of Love - Koishi Komeiji Comments - the stage is actually quite short for an extra stage, but it is made up for in difficulty, especially Sanae, who has some evil spellcards, especially her 3rd one. i really hate the stage part of this extra, probably because i died so many times trying to clear it. Koishi doesn't look as epic as Utsuho, but shes definately harder. (shes an extra boss, so she would have to be :p) shes pretty fun, even for an extra boss, but because shes an extra boss, shes as hard as nails, not as hard as Flandre though. some of her spellcards are easy, others are hard. like her 7th spellcard (Genetics of the subconscious) which i cant capture for the life of me, all i can do is time it out.it'll take you a long time to beat Koishi. it took me a long time. oh, and ZUN, why did you make the 6th spellcard looks like your dodging penises? its unnerving to look at :/ (Plz excuse my bad sound editing. it came out wrong so it sounds like the music jumps at one point :() Music: dBu - どぶウサギ-dBu music- - 星の器 〜The Casket Of Star Devil May Cry 3 OST - Vergil Battle 3 (if this song has a real name let me know) Tags: Touhou subterranean animism koishi komeiji hell doomsday lol ZUN orz Extra SA |

Subterranean Animism BGM 9 - 少女さとり ～ 3rd Eye Stage 4 Boss - Satori Maiden ~ 3rd Eye Theme of Satori Komeiji, the Girl Even the Evil Spirits Fear. She can read hearts or something along those lines. Her theme is also one of the better songs in the game. It has somewhat of a Castlevania and Rozen Maiden feel to it, in my opinion. That's a good thing. The character herself is also interesting. She's a welcome return to ZUN's trend to make the Stage 4 Boss differ between characters, which that slut Aya ruined in Shoot the Bullet by being the only character and again in Mountain of Faith by just being a slut. ...Anyway, Satori basically copies your partner's spell cards. So if you're Marisa/Alice, she'll use dolls. If you're Reimu/Suika, she'll turn into mist. Stuff like that. It's pretty interesting when you see it, though most of the spell cards appear to be from Shoot the Bullet... Touhou 11 Subterranean Animism Stage 4 Mode - Normal Midboss - A random cat (or is it? :P) Boss - The Girl Even the Spirits Fear-Satori Komeiji Comments - as if you didn't see it coming, this stage is harder than stage 4, so this is another hard stage. most of the time you'll be dodging the green/purple spread shots, but with the other attacks going on, you've got your hands full. and that cat is annoying too. Satori is definately harder than Yuugi. her non-spells aren't too hard, just micrododging, and her spell isnt that bad either, but Satori has 1 ace up her sleeve, she steals your partners attacks.... yeah, so my partner in this run is Yukari right?, then Satori will use Yukaris cards against you, some you've seen, others you haven't. so be prepared for the worst, but Yukari's cards ain't that bad though. i keep screwing up on her 1st and 2nd spells, but her final spell is pretty fun. you thought that was hard? just see stage 5..... Touhou 11 東方地霊殿 - Subterranean Animism Extra Stage PART 1 2nd part: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-r__smOaQnU This video only covers the stage portion up to the introduction of komeiji koishi. A no deaths no bomb extra run, i didnt anticipate to do a perfect run this quickly, but it happened anyway. I hate uploading a video in two parts, but for some reason youtube doesnt want videos above 10minutes even though they can be as big as 1 gig long, so my 12 minutes video which is under 150megs need to be uploaded in two parts apparantly (lol) This extra was pretty hard, but its much easier than the other extra stages to get down, which explains how i accomplished a perfect run so fast, theres no BS spellcard a-la suwako 2nd survival spellcard or mokou's last nonspell/mount fuji spellcard. Yes the midboss is Sanae, this is the moriya shrine, which is why it looks like the same as the MoF extra stage background, except this time its during winter. Sanae's spellcards are pretty fun, especially the last two. The big fairies at the end of the stage portion are pretty annoying, ive sucessfully maintained auto-collecting a few times, but its very hard and youll probably just see every items fall down without collecting them, which makes this stage pretty hard to highscore on. The final boss is Koishi. Subterranean Animism - Stage 3 & 4 Marisa B Oh boy, here's where the fun begins. Stage 3 has never been a huge problem to me, maybe one life lost on the lasers and then another death is I'm having an extremely bad today. At any death before stage 4 is enough to warrant an instant restart. Not this time... Count em, 4 deaths, 3 bombs JUST on stage 3, going to stage 4 with a measly 1 life. Why didn't I restart? Because I was just that bored of restarting and wanted to get to stage 6 to play around. In contrast, Stage 4 went pretty damn well. Touhou 11 Subterranean Animism - Perfect Stage 4 [Lunatic] http://replays.gensokyo.org/download.php?id=1299 Started getting withdrawal symptons from not playing, so I did this: a bombless, deathless run through SA Stage 4 Lunatic, with everything captured. I'd almost rather try a bombless Stage 6 than do this again (though it's not as bad as Stage 5). The stage itself can be ridiculously evil in places, and Satori has a couple of attacks that will periodically become bullshit/screw you over. Strangely, it's the part at around 3:20 that gave me the most trouble. I was getting the hang of Double Death Butterfly (3:00) by the end, but I kept dying on the attack following it. This is my 2nd attempt on this stage, a pretty fun stage, and yes, the midboss is a cat.. a two tailed one at that, guess theres a new cat in town for chen. First thing to mention about this stage, its particularity is taht the last boss 3 last spellcards depend on your youkai helper, i used ReimuA in this, which is yukari, so her spellcards are stolen from yukari, first one is deadly butterfly from PCB phantasm, 2nd one is an original i believe, 3rd one is Boundary between Wave and Particle from Shoot the bullet. Oh yeah, what you dont see from the terrible youtube quality, is that her first spellcard has aimed pre-lasers lines that stop right on top of you, so it kinda made me panic and died, but i realized its nothing to be afraid of since they manifest in same time as the other lasers The boss name's is Komeiji Satori if youre wondering.
