Seven Layers of Our Being From the works of Living Enlightened Master Paramahamsa Nithyananda. In this clip taken from Nithya Dhyan discourse series, Swamiji describes the seven layers of our being. He describes the seven layers -- the physical body made of flesh and blood, the second layer which consists of movement of prana or life force, the third layer called mana -- the inner chattering going on inside us, the fourth layer is the emotional layer -- the intense inner chattering that does not respond to our logical analysis, the fifth layer is that which we experience in the deep sleep, the sixth layer which we experience in a deep meditative state or thoughtless awareness, and the seventh layer, the layer of enlightenment.
