Newman Motor Replication & Generator- Fun With Magnets I told myself if I can make it work with stuff thats laying around the house, then it might be worth throwing money into. This "No Frills Motor was inspired by chuck2na off of YouTube, I mean..if you can make a motor out of a flower pot, lol anything is possible :) Last night I thought I would try and capture some of the unused potential of the spinning rotor and added a small generator circuit to the end of the little newman motor. It's in now way connected to the newman coil and is really a separate unit with it's own output. The coils are wired in a counter-clockwise to clockwise configuration. It generates enough juice to power an LED but you can clearly see the inefficiencies in this design -ha.ha, the CD is wobbling like crazy from the weight of the neo magnets and not being centered/balanced properly.. but it still works and the 9V still pumping the unbalanced load for long periods of time.. pretty interesting, this Newman motor now has 1 input power source and 2 output power sources both with different output voltages. Homopolar Roller- Fun With Magnets Decided to try this after seeing a few videos here on YouTube.. I need stronger & larger diameter magnets but the battery acts as the roller in this case instead of the magnets. All you need is (1) AA Battery and Earth magents on each end. The magnets must be attached to the battery so that two "like poles" face each other. Place a piece of wire, bent in such a way that it makes contact with the magnets on each end and watch it roll... Sequencing magnets on a fuel line Save Energy/Save Money #5 2001 S-10 2.2 Liter Installing magnets on the fuel line, to break up the hydrocarbon clusters.Simply put its like having fresh gas everyone knows that old gas makes a engine run rough the magnets reverse that condition. The sequencing of the magnets seems logical as opposed to just one set. I installed 3 on a 4 cylinder a 8 cylinder would take more. The motor seems to run smoother. It took 20 min. and cost 6 bucks.Will post a update in 500mi.Its been over 800 mi all hwy with 600lbs of load. I consumed 1/4 tank over and over. Every 1/4 tank yielded 4-9 more miles with mags for a total of 16-36 total extra miles on a 15 gal tank. Average is 26 more miles in a tank. Will up-date anyone interested should research this but if there is a chance it works and it cost so little what is there to lose. 1500 mi. update. Cold starts are better. It runs like it has higher oct despite buying low grade. I would estimate I get a extra 25mi. per tank. The zip ties have worked fine as the magnets have stayed in place. 2500 mile update still getting 30 more miles per tank it is running very good despite 220K miles. The exhaust dosen't smell like rotten eggs anymore. It's difficult to measure the efficency gain.
