REBELUTION "What I Know" IV DAZE FOURTWENTY 2007 IV DAZE was a concert put together by local musicians and dedicated fans from the college town called Isla Vista. It was hosted by me with the help of a lot of special people who lived at the Bob Marley House, located on Del Playa Drive. This concert consisted of 5 bands, music was supposed to start at 4:20pm, but the weather wasn't so nice. We got started around 5:30pm, Izzhi from Hawaii started the show. everyone was stoked for the music, 3 kegs and 15 pizzas...thanks to Steve. The show continued throughout the night thanks to these bands: Izzhi, Natural Incense, The B Foundation, Iration, and Rebelution. This video contains one song from Rebelution's set, they were the headlining band. Epic day and night. Great turnout. Good Vibes. Amazing Music. Couldn't get any better. there is more to come in the future. this is just a sample. oh...it also stars a few of my roommates from the past years in college. josh bettner, james kyle, andrew scott on bmx. oh i'm in there too. the graffitti was done by my friends. VIVIT Rebelution at Mayoral Candidate Picnic Performance This is a video of one of VIVIT's June 2008 performances. We had to cut some stuff out of this video because Youtube only allows you to upload 10 minutes of footage and our performance was over 20 minutes long. This was our first public performance with our new vocalist. She is 15 years old. She became our new vocalist 2 weeks before this performance. Our guitarist is 14 years old and the bass player and drummer are both 13. At this point, we had been together as a band with a different vocalist for about 4 months. We did about 5 songs total. Our last song was "Slow Fade" by Casting Crowns. We performed it with the bass player playing the djembe. It was one of our best songs, but it did not get taped. The lyrics are awesome. By the way, our guitarist designed our band logo that you see at the beginning and end of the video.
