How To Catch Mew In Pokemon Red, Blue & Yellow - Walkthrough This is a video showing you how to take advantage of the glitch in pokemon red, blue and yellow, and use it to catch mew. Any questions about how this works feel free to contact us. FAQ: 1. This can be done in the Red, Blue and Yellow versions of Pokemon. NO OTHERS! Not even Firered or Leafgreen! 2. The Pokemon are found in different areas in Red, Blue and Yellow. This video was made on a Pokemon Yellow ROM. The only main difference is that Abra is found on Route 24/25 on Red/Blue. 3. You don't have to catch an Oddish or Bellsprout to put Abra to sleep; it just makes it easier to catch when it's sleeping! 4. When going to battle the Slowpoke trainer, make sure you leave a gap between you and him when you walk in front of him. If you walk directly in front or talk to him your game will freeze. 5. If you use a stat lowering move on the Slowpoke, the Mew will be level 1. After catching Mew, battle a Pokémon that won't give Mew enough experience to level up normally and it will immediately grow to Level 100! (I have not confirmed this, but many comments say that it happens). 6. You can achieve this with only 2 badges when you first visit Cerulean City. You do not need a cheat pack or other cheating device such as a gameshark to do this. All you need is the game (and a Gameboy of course!). 7. The songs used are Milkshake - Goodnight Nurse and The Final Countdown - Europe. Hope this helps! Tags: get catch catching mew pokemon glitch games yellow red blue green high quality |

Pokémon Red/Blue/Green/Yellow: Trainer Battle Mario Paint Thief: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qP2s95wjbys I decided that because I haven't made a single song from the original Pokémon games (unless you count the Pokémon Center and Gym), I would make the second most familiar tune from the game...the trainer battle! So, here it is in Mario Paint Composer, a Mac/PC imitation of the music sequencing feature in Mario Paint for the SNES. How To Capture Mew on Pokemon Red / Blue. http://www.console-central.com I made this for a topic on Official Nintendo Magazine forums to find out if you can naturally capture Mew. I guess you can! Conditions required. 1. Pokemon capable of teleport / fly to get you to Cerulean. 2. A pokemon trailer that can see you just as he comes into screen. 3. Haven't battled the guy above Cerulean as in the video. Instructions: 1. Get one frame away from guy you will battle so that he is off screen, as when you walk one frame forward, he appears on screen and will battle you. 2. Pause the game litterally after you move to that frame. 3. Teleport / Fly to Cerulean City. 4. The guy will try and go into battle, you fly off. Note you cannot pause the game at this point. 5. Go and battle the slowpoke guy. 6. Once defeated, go back to the area where you left the battle with the trainer via fly / teleport. 7. The game will automatically pause, unpause and you will enter a battle with Mew. Reason: It's all about game memory and I'll try keep it simple.. Data is stored in Hexidecimal, 0-9 A-F, F (hexidecimal) in memory is 16 blocks. FF is 256 (16 * 16), so the Pokemon would have to be stored in blocks of 256 memory. Because there are only 151 pokemon, the creators of Pokemon decided to use the remaining blocks to store trainer (and your) details. This is why the Missingno glitch occurs (more details later, but not part of the process to capture mew) The game targets which trainer you're supposed to battle in each area, and because you didn't do that battle, the slowpoke trainer changes the value of the trainer who you should battle when you're in that area. When you go back to that area, the game looks for the new value, which corresponds with Mew. If you use a different trainer, it would set a different value, and as a result you would battle a different pokemon. The Missingno glitch works by using the only part in the game without an area set by the programmers of the game. When you speak with the old man, your name is backed up to one of the empty 256 pokemon slots available and your character is renamed to "Old Man" for the purpose of the capture scene. Once done, your name will be restored, but there will always be a backup of your name stored in the 256 block memory with the Pokemon. Areas tell the game what pokemon to display and what level range to display. Cinnibar Island does not have an area on the coast, as a result, any of the 256 Pokemon (including trainers) can be picked in random battle. Since the old man was the last trainer battled, the value has once again changed and points at missingno. Occasionally, you will battle a trainer and the game will crash, if you do it right, you can create a name that will cause you to battle some of the more rarer pokemon at higher levels (max level 255) such as Mewtwo. Experiment with names for interesting catches on Cinnibar. Tags: Pokemon Mew How To gameboy |

Dragon in 3D, Use Red/Blue 3D Glasses Wow, want to see an incredible effect that you have never seen before ?, get out your Red/Blue 3D glasses, download the full resolution version of this 3D clip. Then view it in full screen with the room lights down and stand back from the monitor. See how far the head of the dragon comes out the screen. The animation was created by A Daz3D artist, I only Rendered the existing animation using Poser and then created the stereoscopic version you see here. So I only take credit for the 3D stereo effect. (Please note that the 3D effect does not work on old style CRT tube televisions) The HD version of this animation is available as a DivXHD file, contact Phil Brown for details: info@media55.co.uk For more information on 3D stereoscopic imagery, please visit the media55 website: http://www.media55.co.uk Tags: 3D Anaglyph Stereoscopic animation dinosaurs dragon |

Pokémon Red/Blue/Yellow - Cycling Road Glitch This is an odd glitch in Pokémon Red/Blue/Yellow. Normally, you're supposed to have a bicycle to access Cycling Road. But there's a way to bypass it. When you're in the building with the guard, keep holding Left on the Control Pad, and do not let go. After the second time he blocks you from entering, you are able to enter Cycling Road anyway. You'll automatically ride a bicycle, even though you don't have one with you. This glitch doesn't work in FireRed/LeafGreen because you can't deposit key items (i.e. the bicycle) in the PC. I haven't tried the glitch in FR/LG without getting the bike entirely, though. This glitch also works in Yellow (thanks DengakumanDengaku). Pokémon Red/Blue - Gym Fishing Glitch This is a glitch in Pokémon Red/Blue. In any gym with large statues (as well as Lorelei and Lance's rooms in the Elite Four), you can use the Old Rod or Good Rod on the bottom of the statue. A Super Rod won't work; you'll get the message "Looks like there's nothing here" (as you will see). Pokémon will appear from rods and you can fight them like you would from water. You can also surf on these statues, but you will not find any wild Pokémon at all (this is not shown in this video). This doesn't work in the Saffron City gym or the Cinnibar Island gym. The statues are smaller, so they won't work. Tags: Pokémon Pokemon Red Blue Gym Fishing Glitch Game Boy |

Pokemon Red/Blue - The "Original" Missingno. This video will show you how to correctly find, defeat, and sucessfully utilize the Missingno. Glitch. But, I must warn you, DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT, I repeat a third time, DO NOT CATCH Missingno.! It will, seriously, screw your game up. And, also, while encountering Missingno., there is another glitch you could use. Actually, there are two other glitches along with Missingno. 1. Makes your sixth item "infinite". 2. Catch extremely strong Pokemon (In this one, a Lv132 MewTwo encountered me.) These Pokemon are safe to catch. Enjoy! Tags: missingno m' pokemon red blue yellow mewtoo how to catch |
