BBC Music Magazine gave the recording its "highest rating," calling it the benchmark recording of the works. In October of 2001, EMI released their recording of string quartets of Tchaikovsky. The short clip are a glance of what was covered on the 1st Italian Seminar visit covering empty hands aspects of Silat Suffian Bela Diri. The empty hands movements are drawn from SSBD weapons training mentality, the art is primarily weapons 1st and only when we loose our weapons as a last resort that we employ our empty hands movements (before we pick up another weapon). SSBD is not concerned with fighting fair (sparring) or prolonging any fights, like our weapons, we aim to end a fight a quick as possible without risking any injury to ourselves.
