When Andie's guardian gets fed up with her running in the streets and threatens to send her to live with an aunt in Texas, Andie has only one alternative: let her old friend from the neighborhood, Tylor Gage (Channing Tatum, Step Up) get her an audition at his prestigious performing arts school, MSA. Annie aces her private school audition, but the 410 crew doesn't take kindly to her defection to the other side of the tracks, and Andie soon finds herself kicked out of the 410. As they played, names of victims in the September 11 attacks were scrolled on a giant screen. At the end of the performance Bono opened his jacket to reveal an American flag in the lining. "Where the Streets Have No Name" is more like the U2 of old than any of the other songs on the LP, because it's a sketch - I was just trying to sketch a location, maybe a spiritual location, maybe a romantic location. I was trying to sketch a feeling.
