The Getaway - Jaguar intro Before the release of the PS2 sensation The Getaway, many cars were unfortunately dropped from the final game due to manufacturers pulling out of the deal at the last minute. Several traces exist from earlier screenshots and videos alike, but in the run up to the games' release a playable demo was launched, featuring the first mission. However, instead of the Rover 75 in the final game, a Jaguar can plainly be seen as the vehicle you have to pursue and was obviously cut late in development.
