Shawn Johnson. Nationals and Trials 2008. Let Things Happen. montage of National Champion, Olympic Trials Champion, and Olympian Shawn Johnson. This montage is set to music from Shawn's (and mine) favorite movie August Rush. In this montage, there's a section of 2008 Nationals, then 2008 Olympic Trials. Originally this was supposed to be only Nationals, but it took me much longer to finish then i had originally planned, and i needed more footage, so i added trials in it as well. I'm very pleased with how the montage turned out, and i hope you enjoy it. No Sacrifice Today. The 2008 Olympic Team and Trials. montage of the 2008 olympic team for women's artistic gymnastics. i've been working on this montage since trials, but didn't finish it until today because i wanted to add the olympic team. Congrats to Shawn Johnson, Nastia Liukin, Chellsie Memmel, Alicia Sacramone, Samantha Peszek, and Bridget Sloan. i couldn't have put a better team together than them. (they've actually been my pick for a while). I wish them the best of luck. So during the chorus when you see the names then "olympian" means they're on the team. the chorus repeats 6 times, so each time there is a different team member. i tried to fit everyone in, and fit 11 girls who went to camp- all except corrie lothrop. by the time i realized it i was done with the montage, so my apologies for that. other than a few little details, i'm really happy with this montage. i love the song! it's amazing. hope you enjoy the montage- if you didn't then don't comment. thank you! Bridget. Shayla. Ivana. 2008 trials. Believe in Me. montage of three gymnasts who tried their hardest to earn a spot on the women's artistic gymanstics olympic team. bridget sloan was successful and did make the team. Ivana hong is an alternate, and Shayla worley unfortunately broke her leg wrming up on beam, and is out for the games. good luck to them for a great olympics, and to shayla for a speedy recovery. as proven in the past- sometimes the weak become the strong, so don't count these girls out just yet. this montage isn't one of my favorites out of the ones i'm making, but i do like it. i was in a rush to post it before the olympic team announcement because it's all about "will they make it? can they do it?" so i wish the best of luck to all 10 girls trying for 4 spots. congrats to nastia and shawn who have already made the olympic team. i will have a bunch more montages posted int he coming weeks, so sorry for the delay, but i have cheer practice everyday now, and not much time for anything else. but i do have 2 montages half way done, and many more started. the reason i chose these three girls is because they all had a fall during trials, but they never gave up. the black and white in the beginning is a little intro of each girl, and it's supposed to be them before trials. then the color is them at trials. enjoy! and thanks for watching! Mattie Larson. Montage. Somewhere I Belong. this is a montage of an amazing young athlete Mattie Larson. She'll be trying for a spot on the 2008 Olympic team. Mattie is very talented and deserves recognition for what she's done. I wish her all the best in the future. Shawn Johnson. Montage. Tyson 2008. Taking Chances. This is a montage of Shawn Johnson at the 2008 American Cup. Even though Shawn fell at the competition I was really glad that she went for her hardest skills on every event. She really took a chance and went for everything. When Shawn fell I was not disappointed. I was proud of her that she went for such a difficult vault, and how strong she came back after the fall. Shawn doesn't make the same mistake twice so she'll hit it the next time. I'm also proud of Nastia for coming back so well from her injury and that she won. But Shawn was the champion in my eyes. She showed everyone that she isn't going anywhere and she won't let one fall turn into 6 falls. Shawn is a daredevil and a fighter and she really proved that at the American Cup. Good luck Shawn at all your future competitions. What do you say to taking chances? ;) -the watermark is on the montage intentionally. I've been have a really big problem with people taking my footage without asking me, or against my wishes. So if it continues happening that watermark will keep getting bigger and bigger. Don't tell me you're annoyed by it, or as me what the point is, because it's not my fault. You know who you are- and you ruined it for everyone else. Nastia Liukin. Montage. So She Dances... AshleyakaFlipper. Gymnast for 3 months. i made this 2 months or so ago, when i had been doing gymnastics for 3 months, and it was sort of an anniversary montage i guess, but not really i just loved the song!! lol. no rude comments or you'll be blocked and your comment will be deleted so don't waste your time. this montage is just an overview of everything i've gone through in the past 3 months and some new footage at the end! oh the full i show me landing was only my second time landing a full on the floor ever! so it's bad but i can do it much better now so i'll have videos of that soon! also the day i got my full on the floor (when i'm in the pink shorts) is the first day i ever twisted off an actual floor and not a tumble track so i think i did pretty good that day. then the full i show me falling on (when i'm landing on the blue mat) was the first full i've ever done off an actual floor so i was pretty excited!
