Ecofriendly Cleaning Recipes Below: Homemade Furniture Polish: 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp lemon juice. Surface Cleaner: Fill spray bottle with 1 part distilled white vinegar and 1 part distilled water. Window Cleaner: 2 tsp Vinegar and 1 Liter of water. You can also add 1 tsp of rubbing alcohol if you like. Killing Mold in the Shower: use undiluted white vinegar, spray onto your tile and grout and sponge it in. Allow to sit for an hour and rinse. Or 1 part Hydrogen Peroxide (3%) and two parts warm water. Spray and sponge on. Allow to sit for one hour. Toilet Cleaner: 1/4 cup baking soda and 1 cup of vinegar. IT WILL FIZZ; THIS IS NORMAL!! Place in toilet scrub and flush. Floor Cleaner: Small squirt of eco friendly dish soap (Dishmate is my favorite), 1 tbsp undiluted white vinegar, fill the rest of your mop bucket with warm water. Air Freshener: Fill squirt bottle with water and a few drops of essential oil. Tags: taggy
