A Nice Slice of Pi Happy Pi Day (3/14)! This is an interesting example of what the mathematical constant pi (3.141592...) sounds like when played on the piano. Each numerical digit (0-9) has been assigned to a particular musical note. This piano solo, which plays the first 1000 digits of pi, was created by professional artist Tom Dukich and is being used with his permission. Pi is the ratio of a circle's circumference to its diameter and is always the same for every circle. Pi is an irrational number, meaning its decimals never end and no sequence of numbers ever repeats. Tags: Happy Pi Day Math Music Sonification |

Santa Answers Nutcheese Santa is kind of busy right now on Xmas Eve, but will answer Nutcheese's questions: 1. Boogers....I always leave one or two inside a fireplace chimney and, if no cookies and milk are waiting, I also leave one inside the refrigerator door handle. 2. Longest time without a shower...I have never had a shower. I always bathe with the reindeer by rolling in snow and then rub myself with pine needles for a cologne effect. 3. Mental disorder....kleptomania so I could make better use of my breaks when kids sit in my lap in department stores or Tourette's so I could legitimately spew F-bombs when my beard gets yanked. I already have Peter Pan Syndrome, but wish I could also make an appearance in the summer and deliver presents wearing a red, velvet thong or a Speedo. 4. Deposits in toilet....always in the shape of a candy cane, of course. 5. No toilet paper....see video and always check the outside of your cards before you open them. 6. Unique growth....chronic, gigantic stomach tumor (I'm really skinny as a rail) and the other beard which extends down my back and into my ass crack. Tags: Santa Nutcheese toilet sex-questions |
