Este otro ser vivo,recibe el nombre de huésped u hospedador a expensas del cual se nutre el parásito,pudiendo producir en algunos casos daño o lesiones. Definición: En una definición precisa,podemos resumir,que es una relación simbiótica anisoespecífica(entre distintas especies)en la que el parásito es dependiente metabólicamente de su hospedador y no es beneficiosa para éste.No obstante,desde un punto de vista ecológico,la definición del término puede ampliarse considerablemente. Aunque parasitismo suele implicar una relación trófica,el parásito también puede obtener otros beneficios del huésped,como protección frente a depredadores o competidores.Además,pueden beneficiarse de cuidados parentales.Los parásitos reproductores,como algunos peces gato africanos de la familia synodontidae,hacen que otros peces cíclidos,que habitualmente incuban sus huevos en la boca,protejan también a los pequeños peces gato junto a sus propias crías.Estos peces,aunque no alimentan a las crías de los sinodontidos,las protegen y defienden frente a otros peces. Asimismo,puede decirse que un hospedador no siempre nutre al ejemplar que lo parásita,también puede nutrir a sus huevos o crías.De esta manera,la relación más importante puede no ser trófica,aunque estos casos son bastantes aislados. Por último,es importante decir que los parásitos suelen causar siempre algún perjuicio a su hospedador en mayor o menor grado,si bien a veces es imposible discernir el parasitismo del comensalismo y no faltan ejemplos de parásitismos que a pesar de ser claros agentes patógenos puede producir tener algún efecto positivo sobre el hospedador.Se cree que en esta relación puede evolucionar,a lo largo de muchas generaciones de parásitos y hospedadores,hacia una simbiosis mutuamente beneficiosa(mutualismo). Clasificación: Existen microparásitos son pequeños y extremadamente numerosos,se multiplican dentro del huésped y por lo general lo hacen dentro de las celulas del huésped,por lo tanto se relacionan con el metabolismo y provocan reacciones por parte de los anticuerpos.Los macroparásitos crecen,pero no se multiplican dentro del huésped, rEducen fases infecciosas que salen fuera del huésped,para afectar a otros.Viven dentro del cuerpo o en las cavidades del afectado por los parásitos y por lo general,se puede estimar el numero de macroparásitos existente en el organismo afectado. To compensate, the label tried to satisfy fans' appetites with bonus material. Duran Duran - Like An Angel (My Own Way B-Side 1981) "My Own Way" is the fourth single by Duran Duran, released on November 16, 1981. The single was designed as a stop-gap release to capitalise on the Top 5 success of "Girls on Film" and to provide a gateway to the band's forthcoming second album. The 7" single and 12" versions were recorded in October 1981, well before the rest of the Rio album was recorded in the early months of 1982. "My Own Way" was another hit, peaking at #14 on the UK Singles Chart, and was even more successful in Australia, where it became Duran Duran's second Top 10 hit at #10. Despite its success, the single has often been cited by the band as their least favourite and is rarely played live. Keyboardist Nick Rhodes has expressed astonishment that "My Own Way" performed better than 1987's "Skin Trade", which ended the band's record of twelve consecutive Top 20 hits in the UK. The term comes from the German word for snout "Schnauze"'[1] because of the dog's distinctly furry muzzles. The type consists of three breeds: the giant, standard, and miniature schnauzer. The original schnauzer was of the same size as the modern standard schnauzer breed, and were bred as rat catchers, yard dogs, and guard dogs. The miniature schnauzer is the result of crossing the original schnauzer with affenpinschers and poodles. The giant schnauzer is the result of crossing the original schnauzer with Great Danes, Bouviers, and Collies; they were used to herd and drive cattle. Miniature schnauzers are around one foot (30 cm) tall at the shoulder and weigh between 13 and 23 pounds (five to seven kg). Miniature schnauzers have high energy levels and are very intelligent. They can live outside but love to spend time with their owners. They make great pets as they are loyal companions and are rarely aggressive towards strangers. Although they very rarely show signs of aggression towards strangers, they can make very efficient alarms. "Mini" snauzers are very good family dogs and loveable companions for children. Standard schnauzers are around 1 1/2 feet (46 cm) tall at the shoulder and weigh 26 to 37 pounds (12 to 17 kg). They are in the group of working dogs. Standard schnauzers have been used to catch rats and as a guard dog. They have also carried messages in times of war, helped the Red Cross, and have been police dogs. Giant schnauzers are around two feet (60 cm) tall at the shoulder and weigh between 66 and 78 pounds (30 to 35 kg). They also are working dogs. Giant schnauzers helped herd cattle. They also used to help butchers and also were guard dogs at breweries. All schnauzers have dense, wiry, stiff fur. Schnauzers have long whiskers on their faces. Their fur coats are a mixture of black and white like salt and pepper. They may also be solid black. Miniature schnauzers may also be silver and black.
