The Palapers of HK All the Palapers hanging out in Wan Chai in HK on New Year's Eve. They were EVERYWHERE!!! After watching this video, I realized that I say mean things LOL. Explanation: Palapers are treated as 2nd class citizens in HK and are usually employed as private maids/servants. They live with their employers/masters and only have Sundays off. Every Sunday, the Palapers gather with their buddies to hang out on the streets because they have no place else to go. They also play games and have parties cuz its the only time they have to have fun. Regular citizens of HK tend to stay away from these areas during holidays and Sundays because of the vast amounts of people sitting on the floor and hogging up space. Tags: palaper hong kong hk
