Secret Hangout of Actors in Fort Lee, NJ Everytime I visit Alpine, NJ I have to stop at this Diner. This is a quiet area and a secret where celebrities can go and not be hassled. There are many autographed pictures from celebrities and some of my favorite actors such as Robert Deniro and Al Pacino. Many of these actors own mansions in this area such as Eddie Murphy. John Travolta grew up in Englewood, NJ which is right down the road. Many authors and artists love this area which also includes Alpine, NJ because it is so quiet. It is also very close to NYC. Literally, you can be in NYC in 20-30 minutes. You just have to go over the George Washington Bridge. I was quiet in this video because I was embarrassed because the owners were looking at me. Food is outrageous here. Many people are freezing in their house because they have to keep their thermostat down and they are walking around with layers of clothing. It was such a memorable moment when Barack Obama was declared our next President of the USA. It was beautiful to see every race and culture gathered together. Presidential Election 2008 I went to two different polling places in PA. The one that I voted at, I only had to wait for 15 minutes. I was glad to see so many people out. PA is a very important state to win and could determine the election. The last four elections went to the Democratic nominee. Eastern State Penitentiary My son, James, and I visited Eastern State Penitentiary "Behind the Walls" last night. It is rated as one of the best haunted attractions in the USA. It is located in Philadelphia, PA. I was able to video highlights of it as well as Al Capone's cell block. We had to sign a waiver prior to entering because it is so scary and if one has heart conditions it is not recommended. Many ghost seekers have captured strange phenomenon and believe it really is haunted. It was built in 1812 and closed in 1971. The cost is not expensive and it is actually a donation for the restorations of the prison. Watch at your own risk! I hope you don't have nightmares!
