July 30,2008 Omert, the prime minister of Israel, has resigned effective the fall. He has done this to lull the Iranians into thinking that there will not be an attack during the political turmoil that is sure to follow. Why do the Israelis have to attack the Iranian uranium processing plants. It is very simple really. In order to make a Hiroshima sized bomb, all anyone really needs is approximately 4 pounds of processed uranium and a hand gun. You fashion the uranium into a sphere with a bullet sized hole in it. The sphere is just below the critical mass for going nuclear. The bullet made of uranium will make the sphere critical and you will have a nuclear explosion. So, as soon as you have the uranium, you have the bomb. I learned this over 30 years ago in undergraduate physics. The Israelis know this as well as the US, and the Iranians. What you may not know, but the Israelis do, is that the Iranians will be happy to set the bomb off in Gaza or West Bank. The range of the bomb will be over a seven mile diameter. Israel at the smallest width is 9 miles. Any city in Israel is within range without actually having to go into Israel. It matters little to the Iranians that other Moslem's outside their group will also die. They will see them as martyr's and pray for them. They did the same to the Moslem's working at NY during 9/11, didn't they. The Israelis know that once the uranium is processed, it will be impossible to find the bomb in time. The only way to prevent this scenario is to destroy the processing plants, before there is enough uranium. Ideally, they would love to bomb the plants so that the uranium on site will contaminate the facility. They, the Iranians, will have to start over and build anew. Truth about real estate forclosures See how the banks are manipulating the foreclosure market. You can use this information to buy foreclosures by timing your purchase. May 23, 2008. The existing home sales came out today with an average loss of $1500 per month for the median US Home price over the last year. Most people have no conception how this is impacting their lives. If you had $200,000 in equity last year, you just lost 7% of your equity. In California, it was probably more. If you had sold your house last year and moved into a rental, you would have zero cost for living in the rental. If you had moved into 2 specific real estate purchases, you could have increased your capital and retained your mortgage deduction. You would actually be further ahead. Losses in home equity will accelerate for the next year. If you become underwater in your present equity, you could be stuck in your present property for many years or have to come up with substantial separation money to preserve your credit rating. The foreclosure bailout proposed by the congress is just window dressing in order to forestall a panic. What is going to happen is that this will only delay the panic, not forestall it. If you read the fine print, the lender has to agree to provisions of the bill. How likely is that? What you see happening in the market today is that 25% of the sales are due to sale of foreclosed homes. Because of the banks holding back inventory, there are at least 4 bids for every sale.This will change shortly. The subprime loans that are supposed to reset this summer,means that the house are really going to be back on the market by June 2009. The logic goes like this. The notice of reset for August 2008 have already gone out. In August , the owner of the subprime loan is going to do his/her best to make the payments. He will get a 2 or 3 job in some cases. Maybe his wife will too. In any case, the owner uses up his savings and cannot make the payments. This takes 2 months, on average. The owner realizes it is impossible to continue and finally stops making the payment. His savings are exhausted, and now he has to acquire money to be able to move.He needs the mortgage payment to restore his savings, so he can move. Minimum average move is going to cost $5000 or more. The lender now starts the foreclosure process. Sometimes the lender takes more than 6 months to prosecute the foreclosure. Then there is another month or 2 in which to prepare the property for sale. So, let's see how this all adds up. 2 + 6 + 2 = 10. 10 months from August 2008 is June 2009. So the majority of the resets will not even hit the market until June 2009. And the average length of time to sell this property will be 11 months, if not longer. So the minimum time for the market to hit the bottom will be after May 2010. The average price decline, here in California, will be more than $2000 per month. If you invest in property today, you will lose almost all of your equity. What no says today, is that the property that has an equity line of credit will also reset to a higher interest rate once the property falls below 110% of the initial loan amount. This is a huge overhang to the market, and could make these loans now subject to default.Who knows where this will end? Based on this scenario, what is the best way to make money in real estate today? Sell any real estate that you have, even into today's declining market. Then wait for the turn in the market to buy back, better than ever. That time is more than 2 years away. July 27, 2008 update: As I write this, the senate just passed the foreclosure help bill. The immediate effect is to raise the interest rates on homes. Why? Because the lenders will now have to calculate how they are going to get a reasonable return on their money that they lend. They now have to include the cost of taking a writedown on their loan if the buyer defaults. The net effect of higher rates means that the price of the house has to go down if the buyer cannot increase his payment. In Stockton Calif., 1 house in 25 is now in foreclosure. A bigger decahedron house A first attempt to make a half a dodecahedron out of recycled cardboard and paint. This has much larger pentagons than the the dome created out of cardboard in other videos. I assembled this in two hours by myself. I could make the cardboard panels much thicker and much bigger. It is possible to make a cardboard dome much bigger than a house using this process. The cardboard can be stuccoed or foamed to produce a permanent structure that wind cannot blow down or earthquakes destroy. Acquiring spiritual power How, where, who, what of the acquiring of spiritual power. It is inevitable that every spiritual seeker will acquire spiritual power. Sometimes spiritual power will show up as material powers. Acquiring material powers is a great obstacle to acquiring spiritual powers, which also bring in the bliss of losing the ego. The material powers are a great builder of the ego, and that is why Patenjali (in the Yoga Sutras of Patenjali - various translators)devotes the most important chapter (13) to discussing these material powers. It was my pleasure to invoke the spirit of the bliss of realization into this video. It is in this video. To see another invocation like this, read the book "Autobiography of a Yogi" by Yogananda. It has the same invocation. if you can perceive this spirit in both these vehicles, you will know that spirit transcends the vehicle , and that it must reside inside yourself for it to be manifested inside you by different modalities of invocation. To know this fact in a profound way leads to the state of Self Realization. It is the attempt to manifest this state at all times leads to meditation. Meditation will reveal this state when the mind is still. When the mind is still, this state is constant. Then you realize this state has always been there. Further, you realize that when you have been happiest, you have always had the clearest vision of that state. When that realization settles into your consciousness, then your meditation becomes diamondlike and you never leave that state. That is why the Vedas have a saying that the mediator becomes like the wife who is always thinking of her husband , who she loves. It is impossible to make her think of anything else. In the same way, once the mediator has found his way to his/her Bliss, nothing can diswade him from returning to that state. How to cure Lupus I had a prophetic dream how to cure Lupus. Lupus is caused by impacted fecal matter in the colon. This causes the immune system to be overstimulated because of the toxins released by decaying fecal matter. Fasting once a week will help, but there is a colon hydrotherapy process that will help right away. If you google "colon cleanse" you will see a picture of the lining that forms inside the colon. When you read the the description of the symptoms and their relief, they sound like milder forms of Lupus. In reading some of the literature, some studies stood out. Vegetarianism seemed to help some people. Vegetables have more fiber than meat, which helps keep colon clean. April 26,2008 Western medicine has no cure for Lupus. Other traditions, like Ayervedic medicine, have healing protocols that are unavailable to western medicine. One of them is fasting, sometimes used in conjunction with herbs after fasting. If I had a abrasion on my arm, the first thing a doctor would do would be to clean the abraded area, even before an anti-biotic was applied. If you have an inflamed colon, it just makes sense to stop putting material (food) against the inflamed area until the inflammation goes away. Fasting will do that. April 28, 2008 Hatha yoga was developed as an aid to meditation. Primarily, it is used to make the body flexible enough that a pose (called an asana) could be assumed that the yogi could meditate for long periods of time without the being disturbed by the body. But they also noted that as they aged, degenerative diseases developed that would also interfere with their meditation. The yogis concluded that these degenerative diseases were caused by toxins from the environment intruding into their body. They surmised that if they removed the toxins from the body, then their body would not complain, and they could go back to meditation. So they developed more Hatha Yoga poses to squeeze muscles and joints to get these toxins out. As an aid to that process they developed fasting to get the toxins out of their system entirely. As the toxins come out they cause mental dysfunction as the brain is very sensitive to blood chemistry. This process starts when the body switches over from processing sugar and carbohydrates to processing fats and protein by a process known as Ketosis. What happens when the body switches to Ketosis is that fat cells and muscle cells are consumed for the fat and protein. Fat cells are where toxins in the body are stored. It is the bodies attempt to get the fat and protein that releases the toxins. I have thought for some time that arthritis is caused by the toxins that settle out in the joints where the blood flow is slowest. It is these high level of toxins that reside in the cells that cause the auto-immune response from the body and causes the inflammation associated with arthritis. Nature has designed the body to accept fasting over thousands of years. When you fast and the body finally switches over to Ketosis, the body chooses the weakest fat and body cells to process. So, during a fast fat cells are chosen first, then weak muscles cells that are at the end of their life, Even though there is headaches and fuzzy thinking in the first couple of days, there comes a period of intense mental clarity, then the fuzzy thinking and then again the period of clarity again. Fasting is safe and effective if some simple rules are observed. If you have blood in either your stool or urine, that is classed as a genuine medical emergency. You need immediate medical attention, or you may not live long enough to get a degenerative disease. Anemia is caused by loss of red blood cells which contain iron, so it is prudent to know what is causing that blood loss before you start fasting. Why is fasting so safe and effective? It is because the entire process is under your control. If you have any doubt about the fast and it's effects on you, you just eat something. If you have to take medication on a full stomach, take some psyillium husk before you take the medication. This will swell up in the stomach and protect the stomach from high concentrations of the medication. Rather than just talk only how to deal with the negatives, let me conclude with the positives. Your personal health will improve , body tone improves, and you save money. The dollar that people send actually costs more than a dollar to send the karma associated with the disease to somebody else.
