Hallow City RPG Promo -READ BEFORE WATCHING!- This is a promo for an RPG I am a part of. It is a very warm and welcoming board. Jobs are scarse and the whole place is in disaray, the corrupt police doing there best to make the place look decent again. Even if it means wiping out all the 'scum' that roam the streets.
