Mojo, Alethea (Robin Trower) Hi there, In this video my blues-rock trio Mojo performs a classic song from Mr. Robin Trower, called Alethea. The song has an extended drum solo, performed here with excellence by Mr. Bezerra. My fat Epiphone does not closely resemble Mr. Trower psychedelic straterrific tones. But the idea here is not to mimic, but rather to provide another interpretation to the song, our own "dressing" to a relatively unknown and much underranted song. Thanks Marcia for the great video recordings. Rock'n roll!!!!! Tags: Robin Trower Blues Rock |

Jazz with a Stratocaster (Herbie Mann) Hi there, This is some sort of twisted version of "Coming Home Baby", a song from Herbie Mann. I think that the piercing sound of a raw strat with a wailing cry baby is the total opposite of Jazz tones. These two things combined produce a pretty nasty clash. Check that out, and feel free to express your hate and discontentment in your comments. Tags: Jazz |
