Based off Serpendium and Matze's OdinMS, it's been majorly modified and updated to what the core developer, Acrylic, calls Odin Snow. Yeahhh there's no actual updates with this one. OdinMS v0.57 Pirate and Game Master Updates This server using Acrylic's OdinMS v0.56/v0.57 server files (otherwise known as Odin Snow) that are currently in development. Note that due to the legal issues with the official OdinMS staff team, this is an independent development project so no official OdinMS developers are assisting or working to progress these server files. With all of the controversy if these private server features are really true or if the server files are even upgraded from v0.55, here's a video that shows major updates in development that will hopefully prove that this is indeed legit material. No I didn't edit in video clips from kMS or any other official MapleStory service that currently has the Pirate job class. All of these clips are directly recorded from the private server! You can tell because of the increased experience and drop rate as well as some glitches that prove the development process is still ongoing. But OdinMS is based off of gMS you say! Pirates aren't out in gMS yet! Well yes there hasn't been an official release of the Pirate job class for gMS yet, however the Pirate data has already been within the client and WZ files since v0.56. The following video shows many updates with Game Masters and the Pirate job class. I hope you enjoy it and you can see that the OdinMS community isn't dead just yet! OdinMS v0.56 Pirate progress... errr... sorta... This server using Acrylic's OdinMS v0.56 server files that are currently in development. Yeah Pirates still need a lot of working before they can become fully functional... But here's the new information so far I guess. Basically the Game Master IDs are no longer 500 or 510. Instead Pirates are 500, Infighters are 510, and Gunslingers are 520. More videos on Pirates for OdinMS v0.56 coming soon! EDIT: The Gunslinger job class is now somewhat working. OdinMS v0.56 Private Server Test This is a video of Acrylic's OdinMS v0.56 server test. Basically Acrylic's OdinMS v0.56 server is an independent development project since currently the OdinMS staff has (hopefully temporarily) stopped the developing process of their server files as they are having some legal issues with Nexon at the moment. There still has a lot of work to be done on v0.56, but the upgrade can be deemed somewhat successful. LocalMS Gameplay This is a video of me playing the MapleStory private server, LocalMS. This video is just to show people that MapleStory private servers do exist in the pile of many that are fake or are relying on server files that will never come out. EDIT: Yes I am aware that the link in the video was incorrect. That is why I have provided the correct link above. EDIT 2: This video was taken a very, very long time ago when LocalMS first started and the OdinMS server files weren't even released publically yet. The rates were much lower than they are now.
