The Ghost of Adelaide Arcade The so-called `ghost of Adelaide Arcade' has been captured on film for the first time, it has been claimed. Adelaide Arcade promotions consultant Sharon Leaney provided the City Messenger with the eerie surveillance footage, where a man-like, burst of light, randomly appears and disappears. ``It's been on the surveillance cameras for quite a few days,'' Ms Leaney said. ``We have had lots of reports of people hearing footsteps, going cold, but this (film) is the first time I've ever seen anything.'' According to legend, the Adelaide Arcade ghost is its former caretaker Francis Cluney. Adelaide Arcade was built in 1885 and was the first mall in Australia to have electric lighting which proved tragic for Cluney. One night in June, 1887, he was investigating a flickering light and accidentally fell into the generator. His body was found shortly after. Adelaide Arcade's resident clairvoyant, Joan Lesley was quoted in the Sunday Mail in 2004 as saying she saw Francis ``every day''. She could not be contacted this afternoon (Wednesday, April 2). Is this a boy been followed by a spirit? Some kind of black mist follows the running boy. But it's the speed of the black mist that gets me. The Paulding lights - bizarre light phenomenon At one time, Ripley's Believe It Or Not ( www.ripleys.com ) offered in excess of $100,000 to the person or persons who could solve a bizarre light phenomenon in Paulding, Michigan. Nearly every clear evening, strange circular spheres of light dance on the horizon of the tiny community, and at one point seem to follow the pathway of electrical lines. The lights have been captured on film by Michigan Magazine and Channel Six News out of Marquette. Experts from Ripley's have been to the location to examine the phenomenon. At the location of the Paulding lights, the Michigan Forest service has put up signs which indicate the best area from which the lights can be seen. So far, no logical conclusions have been reached. The lights have been witnessed as being red, white and green. These lights are not to be confused with the Northern Lights. They are a phenomenon that is unique to Paulding, Michigan. Locals say the lights have been viewed for a long time. Eye witnesses claim to have seen the lights way back at the turn of the century, while on their way to the train depot at Watersmeet. Various legends have developed concerning the lights. One myth explains the lights as the ghost of a railroad brakeman, while other say it is the ghost of an Indian dancing on the power lines. The Most Amazing Apparition of a Ghost. This footage was taken in Cacuta, Colombia, South America June 2007. This video shows the apparition of a young girl walking in a park. According to a spiritualist she doesn't know that she is dead. You might need to pause it in places to read the subtitles as it goes rather quick from time to time, sorry. Is this a ghost? At 30 seconds watch the tree in the center of the picture and notice a flash of light. Then there is what looks like a shadow jumping down off the building, very strange. Then watch the very top window of the house at 1.13. That flash didn't happen when they were taping this and none of them saw it at the time. There were no cars passing when this was recorded.
