Relics of St. Therese, La Plata, MD ; (Oct. 5, '99) While the news reporter is at the monastery in DC, the footage is from the La Plata, MD Carmelite Monastery. The nuns are singing Therese's Canticle of Love composed by Sister Marie Therese Sokol. This song is also used for the play of St. Therese by Saint Luke Productions and their 2003 movie soundtrack. Ministry of Saint Luke Productions, (Therese Movie, etc.) I found this at the end of their video/movie of "John of the Cross" co-produced by St. Luke Productions and Ignatius Press. This ministry produces plays and movies on Jesus and Catholic Saints. I really like the John of the Cross movie, the play/cassette of Maximillian Kolbe and the play/cassette of St. Therese. St. Luke has also done a movie about St. Therese. I had to clip the last 20 seconds of this to make the time limit. It showed another scene from John of the Cross. Relics of St. Therese at Nat'l Shrine in DC, (Oct '99) Newscast highlighting the life of Saint Therese and when her relics (on tour) visited the Nat'l Shrine of the Immaculate Conception in Washington DC. Windows Movie Maker kept crashing my computer and I barely got it finished. My idea for this was more about using the film footage for a music video for the song. There's plenty of other good JLS vids out there with quotes from the book and stuff.
