| Cartoon Protest (part 1 of 2) The January, 2006 republication of cartoons from Denmark Lampooning the Prophet Mohammed has caused a growing wave of bitter anger and violence to spread throughout the Muslim world--and likewise among well-orginized groups of extremists living in Western nations. On February 3, a U.K-based militant faction formerly known as Al-Muhajroun ("The Emigrants") helped organize a raucous demonstration outside the Danish, Norwegain, and French embassies in Central London.
