| Mods Mods and scooters from San Luis Obispo circa 1992. Please note - I did not make this video, it was emailed to me by a friend. I posted it here originally to show another friend who is in it, and because lots of the folks I grew up with and still ride with are in it. I don't care what you think about American Mods, I'm a gearhead/scooterboy anyways. what I can say is that 15+ years ago, when they were in highschool, these guys built tight bikes that they rode year round, so stick that in your creepers and smoke it.
